This company will not stop cold calling. After politely requesting to be left alone and removed from the list repeatedly (at least ten times) over several months I finally went ballistic towards "Chloe" and her regular script. The calls are vexatious and have now become distressing. Reported to ICO with no result. I suspect they will not stop. Calls on different numbers after a number is blocked. Refuse to tell me their data broker on request claiming to "do their own research". Absolute parasites. Complete scamming timewasters. This organisation has worked long and hard to rightfully earn my utter contempt. And all I'm trying to achieve is keep the lights on, door open, customers happy and dog fed. All this company does is cause distress while wasting oxygen.

Avoid at all costs, especialy if they try to sell you a 4com/HiHI system at an exorbitant cost. I am now finding out my companies cost , what a bunch of fraudsters this organisation is! Read their review, then 4Coms and BNP paribas before you sign away a single penny. Bunch of theives!

Company represents HiHi and 4Com. Push you to sign the agreement before you have read it and offer you a 18 month discount, which is not mentioned in the contract which is at full price. When reading the T's & C's its full of hidden fees and charges.

If you google this online you will see a BBC article about it costing a business tens of thousands of pounds once you have had the equipment installed.

Pushy cold caller with zero manners and an inability to accept that we're NOT INTERESTED.

We are getting 4 or 5 calls from this company per month.
They will not take no for an answer, they do not listen.
We are a very small business of only 3 people, we don't take many calls a day, and those we do, 90% are time wasters about phone systems and our electric contract. If we were in the market for a new phone system, this company would be last on our list. The latest call i just had just a few minutes ago was exactly the same, you can do this and that (all things we have no need for). NO just leave us alone!

Cold called initially. I've blocked multiple numbers from this company and asked them to remove our records, stop calling etc. They've booked a meeting for someone to attend our premises without our approval which we had to contact them to tell them to cancel. Absolute time saps. This company is the sort of bunch who can get rejected 400 times a day and still think the problem is that you just didn't sound 'enthusiastic enough' on the 401st try

Lying salespeople who tell you they've spoken with you before. Rubbish, they've even targetted us as another telecoms company.

If you're reading this, DO NOT BUY A HIHI SYSTEM, do your research. Buyer beware....

We are a company with over 35 employees, and we constantly get bothered by people falsely claiming that our Managing Director is expecting their call. Their sales tactics are incredibly disrespectful and waste our time. Despite repeatedly telling them we have no interest in HiHi Touchscreen Phones, they ignore us and call back a week later with the same pushy approach, insisting on speaking to our MD.

Absolute scammers - Sales people promise the world and provide price promises that they simple don't honour - even though I have in writing from the sales rep the prices promised the 'Customer Services' team simply ignore it as if it wasn't said - Avoid 4com like the plague! - don't believe their lies

Another unsolicited call from Pioneer. Nonsense script and simply won't take no for an answer.
I politely hung up after asking to be removed from their database again.
Next time I'll book a site visit and will not attend myself.

Cold calling company that won't take no for an answer, apparently following up on a email re Hihi system, don’t know how many times I said no not interested he would not give up and take no for an answer! Put phone down in the end and blocked number.

Another pain in the backside cold calling company that won't take no for an answer, just end up having to be rude to get rid of them. Just had another call from them (the 3rd) even though the first 2 times I put the phone down on them, saying "Just following up on the email we sent, not trying to sell you anything", blabbing on about their HiHi Phone system, "spoke to you twice before and said we are not interested", kept pushing and pushing, just go away, if we wanted your system we would contact you about it.

Tom and Tyler attended site and were very dfficient

Tom Was very professional and knew his stuff.
He wall mounted our router for us and was happy to go the extra mile.
Very pleased.

Tom installed our HiHi system today - and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and thorough - we hope to meet him again for the second part of the install in a month or so.

Tom was really efficient, knowledgable, helpful, highly recommend nothing was too much trouble.

Cold call from a very rude supposedly professional salesperson. Explained that I was very happy with my present phone system and didn't need upgrading and could they kindly take my details off their database. They put the phone down on me.... how professional!
