As other reviews stated. They will charge your card even tho you cancel and I even sent a email to them to cancel and they promised me it had been. Then 10 days later a £32 charge gets taken and I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get it refunded. SCAM COMANY DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING THEY OFFER!!!!

There should be a 0-star option. This is a complete scam and I wish I had been more careful. Now they are regularly trying to withdraw money without any product or possibility to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

Total fraud.
App doesn’t work, and while clearly stating “cancel anytime”, it turns out not possible until 4 days.

Do not use this company. I cancelled same day as I tried to download this app as I had problems with it and the have charged me three times I have had first two refunds and now waiting for third.

A total scam. They immediately tried to take $60 from my account. My bank blocked the transaction. The scammer continued to try to take money from my account. Do not risk this.
I now have a cancelled credit card and need to update many payments.

This is a scam. My bank blocked the unauthorised payment and I’ve had to cancel my card!

What a con… paid via Apple Pay, but on closer inspection took full payment from my account no trial no way to cancel £40 down the drain. App don’t work absolutely a shocker of a rip off don’t get ripped of like me avoid like the plague absolutely con merchants.

This is a fraud. Do not trust this vendor.

SCAM - started trial and you have to access via web. But you can't... it's not possible - you just go around in circles trying to access your account. So, realising this, I killed my credit card - treated it as stolen as that's exactly what this is. Shame you and what goes around comes around...

Die App ist keine App, sondern nur eine Webseite. Leider ist diese so schlecht programmiert, das man 1x alle 10 Versuche nur ein Foto hochladen kann. Von den vielen Funktionen die angeboten werden geht nur mal das einfärben. Alles andere gibt Fehler. Kündigen kann man erst 4 Tage nach dem Start. Also 3 Tage vor Ende der Kündigung! Eine E-Mail an support@ kann man sich sparen, da es sofort einen Fehler zurück gibt. Meiner Meinung eindeutig Scam!

Es la peor app de este tipo que he conocido. A parte de una calidad malísima de las fotos y los vídeos, cambiando la imagen que quieres mejorar o vídeos muy malos, encima no te dejan cancelarlo el mismo día de la contratación. Ya veremos si a partir del 4 día me siguen poniendo problemas para cancelar.

I canceled my subscription within the free trial period and they continue to bill me. I got my credit card to reverse the charge but the next month they billed me again —and that was after I wrote them and they promised not to! There is no record of this purchase on my iCloud account and no way to log into an account without downloading the app. Complete crooks.

I tried out Pixtuner on a 7 day free trial. After singing up, I tried it out. Tried out different features on the app.
The “enhance” feature changed the faces of the people in the picture!!
After an hour of so of playing with it, it didn’t want to load new pictures. Went back to my emails to see if there are other options of using this app.
Then I saw I was signed up for a Basic Plan, as well as a “wellness package”. In total it comes out that I will be charged over $90 USD after the trial.
I contacted them right away to see that they cancel everything.
Seven days later, I got charged for the Basic Plan anyway, however in the app, it shows my license is suspended. I contacted them again with a screenshot and I was promised a refund.
I am still waiting to see IF I will get it.

Complete scammers. Signed up for the monthly subscription because I wanted to get my grandma something nice. In total they have stolen £60 off me which meant I had no money to buy my 3 month old baby milk or calpol for my child. Contacted by email and obviously an AI reply literally within a couple of seconds after I emailed. They now keep putting the dates for the refund back. I’ll have to contact my bank and put a block on it and also I will report to the FCA.

At first the app had a lot of trouble going to the feature I wanted to use, so I thought it didn’t work. However, it eventually got there.
Their customer service did readily cancel my subscription when I decided I wouldn’t be interested in keeping it.

This company is fraudulent. I cancelled my subscription last September exactly as they instructed (by sending an email), but they ignored it and still renewed my subscription this September. They never reply to emails, and there is no proper unsubscribe option other than emailing them—which they don’t action.
I had to block them through my bank and get a new card to stop further charges. The bank is now investigating them. There is no customer service, no way to contact them, and no transparency.
⚠️ Warning: Don’t fall into their trap. They will keep taking your money even after cancellation. Avoid at all costs.
