Camping table & chairs
Ordered camping chairs and table whilst at caravan and motor home exhibition in Birmingham. Items were delivered OK, however table was damaged and for some reason they sent an extra chair. Contacted supplier and to their credit they quickly arranged to send a replacement and a pick up damaged table and extra chair.

Unauthorised attempt made on my credit…
BEWARE ; Unauthorised attempt made on my credit card account when in fact I should have been refunded
Sent proof in the form of screen shots from my account yet they still deny any attempt was made on their side
A very rude woman in their accounts department then tried to say that I made a second unknowing transaction on my part as a way of excusing their failures
A total shambles of a company, a lot of attitude shown to customers by its staff,brief one sentence emails stating they had refunded my account when this was incorrect
When I tried to explain politely that they were incorrect and that instead there had been an attempt by their company to withdraw funds they answered that they did not have the ability to do so. Again this is incorrect, they have a Shopify Account and anyone can research online of the issues encountered by customers that used Shopify and had refunds held, refused or even worse withdrawals made against their cards
I suggest this so called professional company stops relying upon Shopify Business Accounts and opens a more standard way of payment
Worse if things could get worse the emails the staff sent myself were so riddled with grammar errors that you had to decipher them, again shows how sub standard this company really is
Be very careful and check your account after any purchase just in case they try further attempts to withdraw funds
Anyway they have 7-10 working days to refund my initial order that I cancelled
Failure to do so will see them in the Small Claims court and I will request costs
They can explain to the court how they can deny an unauthorised attempt to withdraw funds from my account was made by their company
My advice is to stay well clear of this company
I was perfectly happy with the refund process until I was alerted by my credit card provider of the attempted unauthorised withdrawal, that’s what set alarm bells off
We all work very hard for the money we have and it’s not very amusing to find out that companies like this believe they can act in such a disrespectful way
As for what reviews I leave other companies, I don’t see what that has to do with this company, it’s just another attempt on their part to deflect attention to their illegal attempt to withdraw funds from my account
Your damn right I was angry, who wouldn’t be?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, this review is completely false and factually incorrect. We are a highly reputable retailer and have been in business for 40 years. Your comments are wholly unfounded and could be considered libellous.
You made an online purchase on Monday 4 March at 10:13. You then requested to cancel the order on Monday 4 March at 22:15.
We cancelled the order on Tuesday 5 March at 09:01 and a cancellation confirmation was sent to you.
On Wednesday 6 March you called our store stating that we had not refunded you, but had attempted to take further funds from your card.
You spoke to Lauren, one of our sales assistants, who was looking into your enquiry. She told you that the refund had been processed and that we don’t have the capability to take further payments from your card. At this point you were extremely rude to her and wouldn’t listen to what she was saying. She then escalated your concerns to our Samantha, our Financial Controller.
Samantha looked into your concerns and explained exactly the same as Lauren had, that the refund has been processed and that we do not have the ability to take further payments as we do not hold customer’s card details. It is IMPOSSIBLE for us to take any payments unilaterally.
You were not satisfied with this and became rude and aggressive towards her. I was sitting in the same office as her at that time and could hear your voice from a distance. It is not acceptable to speak to any of our staff in such a way.
Your “evidence” that we attempted to take payment again, is a late notice that originated from your bank that the transaction had failed due to the refund being processed it in such short time-frame from its original purchase.
I have checked today with the Shopify payments team that the refund is being processed and that no further payments were taken. This has been confirmed.
Can I suggest that in future, you listen to people who are trying to help you with your enquiries and ensure that you have all the facts before you publish such outrageous claims.
It is interesting to note that you have made 29 reviews on Trust Pilot of which 23 are rambling, scathing and ranting……

Visited motorhome exhibition in Glasgow…
Visited motorhome exhibition in Glasgow in February. Was good to see the vango drive away awning on display and got answers to questions on how it would fit my motorhome. Got a good deal with extras of groundsheet protector and carpet. Arrived from company on South of England to Inverness free of charge, and was tracked for the journey with no delays. I've not unravelled the awning yet due to the poor weather up north....but I'm confident everything will be in order.
