Great plants and service

Great product and service.

Great quality plant and super customer…
Great quality plant and super customer service. I ordered a ceanothus from Plant Drop after fretting over which statement plant I wanted to buy for a key spot in my garden. Their website is really easy to use and the presentation/photography really made it stand out from generic alternatives. The plant arrived within 24 hours, which was a nice surprise. Can't wait to see it bloom in spring.

Really great service
Really great. I ordered an olive tree as a birthday present and chose which date I wanted it to be delivered. The night before delivery, they called to say the pot I had ordered was out of stock but they had tried the tree in a smaller one and it looked perfect. They offered to pot the tree for me too. Arrived the next day, looked great, frequent communication about delivery. Love the tree.

Plant arrived dry and dead
Plant arrived dry and dead. Useless to me.
UPDATE: seller explained that all such plants suffered unexpected frost damage and offered a full refund in lieu of an adequate replacement. Excellent communication and at least a retrospectively applied high standard of customer service.

Absolutely amazing company. Customer service goes above and beyond to provide you with exactly what you need. I had a few complications with sorting delivery on the website, but Darren sorted it out in no time. Only site I will use for plants!
Plant came in fabulous condition. Bright and well taken care of. Really 5 star service.

Very responsive to questions and top rate customer service. Fabulous produce and I love my plant. Event got a message from them after delivery as they were concerned my builders had left it outside for too long and they were concerned about its welfare - like a real person!!!!
