I recently ordered from Plant Drop and have mixed feelings about the experience. The delivery was fast and the plant arrived in excellent condition, just as I had hoped. However, the packaging seemed excessive and quite a nuisance to dispose of, especially if you live in a flat. On a positive note, the customer service was impressive, working closely with me to meet my needs. Overall, a bit of a mixed bag but a decent experience.

So impressed by the customer service. The team worked closely with me to source a beautiful fiddle leaf ficus for our room which we love.

The plant is marvellous but the packing material is very excessive.
The plant is marvellous, in very good condition and is just what I was looking for. It arrived on a wooden PALLET securely fixed in place in a cardboard box with cellophane wrapping.
I now have a bin full of wrapping and a wooden pallet to get rid of.
All seems somewhat excessive and quite a nuisance to dispose of.
Purchasers beware, especially if you live in a flat!

Unfortunately our nursery had an issue locating this item.
They contacted you by email on the 2nd & 3rd September to let you know and to ask whether you wanted to await new stock or would like a refund. The email may have gone to your spam folder unfortunately.
We always call and email as we never want a customer not to to be aware of the status of their order.
We have located the pot so the customer service team are in contact as to whether you would like this item or a refund.
