Really happy with the service of Plan Car Leasing especially with the vehicle broker Ben Rose. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a Tesla Model 3 from Plan Car Leasing. Dave looked after the sale, he was brilliant. Fast to reply before and most importantly after the sale. Emma dealt with the paperwork, and delivery. She was absolutely fantastic! Suitably surprised by speed of getting the car. Interestingly quicker than what Tesla quoted!

Would have no hesitations to use them again!

I just got a new Seat Leon FR from plan car and the service was amazing . Chris Hinson that was dealing with my order even though my car was delayed ( no fault of car plan) they did the best to keep my updated on the where abouts of my car and got it delivered to me as soon as possible , now it’s here it’s amazing! Chris Hinson did a sterling job getting me the best deal I checked a lot of sites this was by far the best and got me exactly what car I wanted ! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone top class !

This was the second car that I had arranged to lease. My first experience was excellent, but this time was somewhat different. The experience I had this summer was nowhere near as efficient and it felt like one part of the organisation was not communicating with another. Having made it very clear that I needed my new vehicle by the end of August, the new one was only delivered in the middle of September. Email communication was ambiguous and I was given different messages by different members of staff. Documents that were promised by a particular date did not arrive until days later, meaning that I had to complete forms whilst on holiday with patchy Wi-fi. Because of the office inefficiency, I had to rearrange collection of the old car, twice..

Sales staff very helpful. I kept changing my mind on which quote to accept and they worked hard to help me out. Delivery was on the exact date I asked for. After the first month I needed to change the date of my DD to them and this was also a breeze

More keenly priced than other lease companies and absolutely no hassle and they even provide a dash cam as part of the service. If only all business concerns were as efficient as Car Plan this country would be in a far better state and I thoroughly recommend leasing a vehicle from Car Plan in preference to unrighteousness purchase.

Even when I thought I had missed out on a deal due to being all sold out, the first cancelled deal he got he called me straight away to see if I wanted it, and I took it. Great service From Ben.
