Quality Product, Fast Delivery on weekday orders
If you order at the weekend, it won't get picked up until the Monday at 8am fyi. Also when you order, they get back to you with the delivery cost and once you accept, they then create an invoice and provide a link to pay; it would be better if this could be automated but maybe this company is not that large yet.
Product arrived next day and was high quality, would definitely recommend.

The reason we quote shipping rather than being transactional online is to save our customers money. We are primarily a leading UK business-to-business supplier and many customers order boxes in bulk (by the hundreds and thousands), as well as, place orders for a multiple choice of items. To work out the shipping fairly, and cost effectively, we need to know how the goods are going to be packaged (on a pallet, number of parcels, location, weight etc). We have considered the fully transactional route many times but as it stands the way we operate is the most fair way of all. Plus, we get to speak to our customers which is not only nice, it gives us a chance to give them better options or better still, stop them from ordering the wrong item for their needs.

I am very sorry to hear your containers haven't arrived - I find this rather strange indeed. As your review has come through late in the day I will have to find out more tomorrow, but please feel rest assured that I am now contacting my colleagues to find out what the situation is and we will get straight back to you. As long as these were in stock at the time they should have most definitely been with you now. However, if they weren't in stock then you should have been informed anyway (I can currently see available stock for your product of choice). This may also be a courier issue - if so we will contact them.

Very helpful staff!
There was lots of confusion and changes to my order as a couple of items were out of stock and I changed my mind on what I was going to do, but the staff were brilliant and chopped and changed the order for me, by phone and email until I was completely happy. The items arrived this morning and are all perfect.

The beauty however of boxes and buying from Plastor is we have loads of alternatives and options. Gigantic Hidden delivery charges
Plaster advertised a wheelie bin for £25 plus vat.
Most competitors want around £50 inclusive.
I had to give all my personal details and place the order and still couldn’t get delivery charges.next day I was told it’s £25 plus vat.
So total is £60.
What a sham to attract customers.

I am sorry to read you were dissatisfied with how we quote shipping. I must stress that there is ZERO level of sham to the way we do business by quoting the shipping costs after the products have been submitted via our no obligation order form. We actually make customers aware of this via numerous messages throughout our website and also ensure it's mentioned just before they press the submit button.
Why can't we quote shipping during the online cart process? Plastic boxes, bins, tanks etc are very large/bulky products (in fact most couriers will not deliver them and those that do tend to have surcharges for residential address) and most of our customers are businesses who purchase in bulk or multiple products. Our website, like our closest competitors (many that operate online in the same way), cannot work out the shipping fairly and we would end up overcharging customers. For example, your bins - we can ship up to 4 wheelie for the same shipping price as 1. If you ordered smaller boxes we can put them inside the bin and save you even more money on your shipping. Order more and we can put mixed products on a pallet - especially if some of the goods nest inside one another - there's no way a website is smart enough to work these cost savings out.
We are also very competitively priced, sure it may be possible to find some similar products that may be cheaper elsewhere but on the whole we are a very competitively priced. We also have very many happy returning customers and our customer service is exceptional.
If you need any storage products in the future I do hope that you feel you can give us another try.
