We booked flights with them to travel to Sri Lanka in February this year. Unfortunately, whilst we were there our flights home were cancelled due to the war in the Middle East and the Qatar airspace being closed.

They were appalling with communicating with us. The whole thing felt so shady, they didn’t offer us any assistance and each time you email you’re passed onto another person so no one actually knows what’s going on with your case. It’s clearly copy and pasted automated responses. We’ve requested multiple times to be passed onto management or a complaints service and they just ignore it every time.

Trying to get a refund from them for our cancelled flights that Qatar Airways is refunding has been a nightmare. After you “request a refund” you then have to wait 6 weeks and get back in touch with them to request them to send you the money they’ve received back from the airline on your behalf. IF YOU FORGET TO DO THIS, you do not get refunded! They’ll keep your money. We’ve been told we’ll only receive around £100-200, and when asking for an exact figure after, they’ve told us they can’t tell us “because of limitations” - so basically, it’s clear they’re going to take a huge cut of the money and just give us back whatever they feel like, regardless of what Qatar have reimbursed. That’s if we ever actually get our money back.

We’ve learned the hard way that it’s always best to go directly with the airline. I wish we’d taken the other reviews more seriously. Please do yourself a favour and do not ever book with these scammers.

They have been trying to stall a refund owed due to cancelled flight. They claiming my bank has declined the refund transaction and their explanation is this is because the card used to make payment has expired. This is ridiculous and my bank has confirmed this that they would not decline a refund and expired card would not stop a refund from being processed. Polani Travels are sticking to this "scam story" for not giving me my refund! AVOID at all cost!They have been trying to stall a refund owed due to cancelled flight. I'm so happy with Mr QAMAR IQBAL . I`ve checked many websites online for my ticket and couldn't get any best and reasonable for myself.But the way he dealt me was amazing. I got ticket urgently from him but he gave me in a very reasonable price found a ticket for me just in 5 minutes.thank you
