It was my first time booking flights with Flightcatchers.com via Skyscanner for my whole family. Unfortunately I had issues with my payment card. Mughal the advisor who called me straight away and informed me of this issue and helped rectify the issue safely and securely. The customer service was highly commendable and prompt. Also direct and quick response to my phone calls. Thank you for your help and I definitely look forward to book again and recommend to family.

I'm a repeat customer to Polani Travel and I like their hassle-free way of booking with no hidden fees that other travel agents tend to sneak into payments.
The only problem I had booking today was with my bank but a promptly answered call to Polani and my problem was quickly resolved by Najam.
I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

FIRST TIME PURCHASING A TICKET THROUGH A THIRD PARTY- EVEYRTHING WAS QUICK AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION INSTANTLY. HOWEVER, MY CONTACT DETAILS AND SECURITY INFO WAS NOT PASSED ONTO THE AIRLINE. CALLED THE FLIGHTCATHERS, ZERO WAITING TIME, KINDEST REPRESENTATIVE -NAJAM-RESOLVED MY QUERY. CALLED BACK TO CONFIRM AND ADVISED ON WHAT TO DO NEXT. JUST CHECKED WITH THE AIRLINE EVERYTHING IS DONE. IT TOOK LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.
WILL NOT HESITATE TO REBOOK THROUGH THEM.

I looked the flight on the website and called to enquire about cancellations and other terms and conditions. I spoke with Saif and he was really helpful, thorough and explained everything with patience. I even needed time to think about the flight and he was polite and called me back on given time. Highly recommend Saif for great customer service.

Found the flights I needed via Skyscanner yet I was looking to use 2 credit cards to pay this travel. Both Aliyan and Kashan supported me in this journey with patience, understanding and gave me the confidence I can trust that all will be well and will be sorted.

I booked my tickets with Adil, who was very helpful over the phone answered all my questions and had my tickets/payments sorted in no time.
I then spoke to sharukh about my seat reservations, which he kindly helped me with. although good job I checked my email (seat reservation) throughly, while he was still on the phone and spotted there was an error with the seat numbers, and this was rectified. I was told my E tickets would arrive within 30-40 mins. However couple of hours later still no sign of tickets.. called them and they passed me from one person to the next, Each telling me something different and eventually the tickets arrived the next day. If it wasn’t for this hold up it would have been 5*.
