There was a good choice of roman blind cassette widths on the site and the instructions were clear. Only gap in the great service was between getting the VAT invoice and finding out that it was ready to ship - I was about to try and contact because it was almost a week.

Great value, would buy again
The rail came really quickly and is of great quality. I have to say that it took us around 4 hours to put up, but we do have a big bay window and needed 7 different bends to make it fit. We discovered our ceiling also wasn't level which didn't help!
All in all, great value for money and well worth what we paid. We haven't got round to attaching any curtains yet, but the sliders seem to glide smoothly all the way round. Would purchase again :)

Good choice and easy to deal with.
Everything from initial ordering through payment to delivery just worked the way you expect it to. Poles arrived quickly and undamaged. I will use them again as I work my way through the house refurbishment.
