I had an amazing experience with Paloma Fruits. Their knowledge and helpfulness and more importantly, patience, helping me, a first time buyer was incredible.
Tressa was wonderful helping me pick exactly what I wanted as well as giving me tips on how to take care of them.
Will definitely be shopping there again!!

Absolutely fantastic service. I have no clue about plants or growing them, however, when speaking to a women called Teresa, she was knowledgeable, kind hearted and caring when helping me choose from their very wide selection of products. Packaging was amazing and arrived very fast. Will 100% be using Pomona fruits AND Teresa again!!

Ordered Peach tree, leaf curl resistant variety, Avalon Pride.
Was supplied end of 2023 and by May had a tree with curled and withered leaves. This was seriously bad leaf curl. Sent photo to Pomona who replied that they has sent me the wrong tree. No offer for payment return just offer to send replacement a year late.
Got my money back by request and bought a peach from Chris Bowers.

Chris Bowers even worse. 2024 ordered peach turned out, in 2025, to be Cherry. 2025 replacement is a wild plum.

This is a fantastic company. orders arrived speedily and in fabulous condition. I had an issue where one of my Blackberry bushes which died.

I sent photographs and they arranged for a replacement immediately.

I would have no hesitation in using Pomana Fruits again.

In fact I have just received their latest catalogue which will give me lots of inspiration in these chilly Autumn days.

Junk mail sent from them to me without my ever having even heard from them. It says on the cover of the mail 'To opt out of this mailing, please email .... or call ....' So they are trying to get me to waste even more of my time on stopping something I didn't start just so I don't have to keep on wasting more time in the future each time they mail me, and then there's the possibility that they could decide to send me more mail even if I did unsubscribe just like they did this time without my knowledge or consent. If I'm going to waste any time on them it'll be to leave this review. The unwanted mail will be composted.

I ordered 100 ladybird larvae from them on the 18th of July.
Apart from the order confirmation, I didn’t get any info about the delivery. Then I messaged them on the 27th to ask about the delivery and two days later I was emailed back saying the package will be dispatched a few days later.
I didn’t get an explanation or an apology for the delay.

Then when I received the larvae, I was shocked to see that not more than 20-30 of them were alive.
The rest were just underdeveloped, dried out bodies.
Nevertheless, I put them on my tree, hoping that I’m wrong and they are only dormant and will be reanimated, but they did absolutely no impact on the aphid infestation.

I am really disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor quality of the product.

We had two plants that inexplicably failed. Not sure what the problem was but Pomona fruits replaced them. Fantastic customer service.

It seems they are selling fake Mara de Bois strawberries. I ordered this variety and waited over three months for the order to arrive. Instead of receiving plants as expected, I received bare roots. When they fruited, I compared them with my other strawberry varieties, and they tasted like water—not at all like the real Mara de Bois. When I contacted the seller, they only gave excuses and never offered a refund. I will never buy from them again

My order arrived this morning excellent packing and when I removed the box I was blown away with the plant inside, it was beautiful. Very impressed with the condition

Bought a pomegranate tree for my mums 90th birthday. She is an avid gardener and loves fruit trees. She has plum, apple, cherry, lemon, fig, pear trees which she has all grown successfully. Pomegranate tree arrived with no instructions or attached care label in the middle of a frost period so the tree was kept indoors until warm enough to plant outside. Contacted Pomona when the tree died. Was told tree should have been planted outdoors regardless of weather and our fault it’s dead (which may or may not be true but instructions would have helped avoid this). I pointed out that no instructions came with the tree however customer services didn’t believe me and said I should have contacted them for instructions. So all my fault rather than just acknowledging instructions may have been missing. Mistakes happen but my annoyance isn’t just with missing instructions but the immediate customer is wrong attitude. Lesson learned will avoid this company and buy from the trusted companies I’ve previously used

The apple tree I bought last year has hardly put on any growth and looks basically like the stick it was when I got it.

I was pleased with the asparagus crowns ordered. they were better quality than previous ones. this is my third attempt to grow decent asparagus. the crowns are showing spears and we're thrilled. hoping for decent crop in the coming years,

I have bought from Pomona a few times and been impressed with the quality. The latest order included an apple tree that hasn't broken dormancy properly and is diseased. Pomona have advised on how to treat the issue to try and save the tree but are also sending a replacement in the autumn. I cannot fault their customer service and will continue to use them for their quality and service. Many thanks.

Bought a Meyer Lemon last year but unfortunately it has not grown or shown any flowers or new fruit.
Pomona replaced the lemon tree with no quibbles.
Impressed!
Hopefully the new one will be more successful.

My raspberry canes failed after a good start. When I explained the problem they offered useful advice based on knowledge. When the problem persisted I changed to different type. I was astonished and delighted when there was no charge. The replacements are looking healthy and are in leaf. Excellent service based on knowledge, I will use them again.

Pamona fruits are committed to customer service as demonstrated by their recent handling of an issue with a few asparagus crowns that failed to take. Without quibble they replaced them. Previously I have had plants and shrubs from Pamona without issue. From my experience thay are a fine company to deal with; good products, good service and at a competitve price.

Just received the 4 cordon trees I'd ordered. Delivery was quicker than expected. The trees were packaged so well that for that alone I would have left 5 stars!! The trees were impeccably pruned and bare roots. They are all looking so healthy and in such great condition. They are way bigger than I thought they were going to be!! I thought I'd leave a review to reassure others because it took me foreeever to decide on which company to use to order my trees from. Would order from Pomona Fruits any time in the future with complete confidence, so will gladly give 5 stars. Well done!

First to arrive was a grape vine - in an enormus box- but with a tiny vine hiding right down in the bottom. Next to arrive were 12 strawbwerry plants - all huddled together in a padded envelope. I've been in the trade myself for many years and found my two consignments rather underwhelming compared with what I was hoping for! However, it remains to be seen how successfully my tiny plants grow before I can judge whether or not I have received value for money.

Some of a batch of autumn-fruiting raspberries bought and planted in 2022 did not grow in 2023. Pomona said they would replace them - and they have arrived in March 2024, just the right time for planting.

I've bought some lovely fruit from Pomona over the years. What I like is that you can follow up with them with questions and they are very helpful. I recently wanted advice about how to care for a rather spectacular blueberry - now 6' tall - and they wrote back quite swiftly with useful, practical advice.
