Good afternoon Adi. You are not expected to pay for the return of the faulty light. We have emailed you asking for your availability for the collection we would like to arrange. The only time you would be asked to pay is if it was a change of mind return, not when there is an issue with your light. Kind regards Maja

Came across this company by chance whilst searching for lighting online. The lights I purchased were current stock in a national chain but my light was a fraction of the cost from Poole lighting . Ordering was very easy and I was kept informed via email about delivery. Arrived well packed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.*****

Really classy light and excellent customer service.
Found this light online from Poole. Much better value than else where. The courier failed to deliver according to the tracker but Poole immediately resolved this issue. Communication was 100%.

I thought your prices were very affordable and there were plenty of traditional and modern fittings to choose from. I was pleased with my purchase and the quality of the fitting, but I was surprised to see the name Dunelm on the fitting instruction leaflet.

Great service, great price
Found the outside lights I wanted but they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else so I ordered one as a test
It was delivered the next day, the quality was superb, it came with a five year warranty and it was easy to fit
I was so pleased that I ordered another five to replace all the lights on my house
