I have a Sand-shark pool vacuum and have returned it to Pinch-a Penny several times complaining that it didn't work properly. After charging my to replace the gear kit and seal flaps, it was still not working. Finally I decided to buy the base because the rubber fingers were worn down. I went to Pinch-a-Penny to buy and they wanted $149.00 plus tax!!!! After checking on line I discovered the same part for $81.50 + $7.95 shipping. No brainer. Very satisfied with the price and service.

I have never had a pool vac that works as well as the Pool Cleaner.

I purchased some parts for our Polaris pool cleaner (hose lengths, fittings, leaf bag) which had needed replacement due to normal wear and tear. I had not heard of this company before but the prices seemed very good (mind you, anything from a real Australian store can seem expensive when you scout the web). The freight from USA to AU was around US$30 which was also great. The shipment arrived after about 2.5 weeks, well packed and as ordered. Exactly what I'd asked for so for me so a perfect score!
