Don't go to your local pool store shop online and save money.

After struggling to find parts for my MX8 pool cleaner in Australia I ordered to drive direction motors from the website. All Australian companies had quoted me near double the price with a 4-6 weeks waiting list. I had them delivered at my house within two weeks! There blue prints of the pool cleaners made identifying the parts I needed easy. I will certainly be using them again!

I just don't understand what's happened ! I was sent an e-mail that
the part I ordered was on back order. l OK I get that that happens,
however…I was already charged for the order on my credit card,
and have not received my order ! Don't most reputable companies
wait until they have shipped the order to put the credit card through ?
I'm a little worried.

Received what I ordered timely. In general pool parts are overpriced but theirs was comparatively fair.

I ordered from them two times, with speedy delivery the first time, but a delay on the second order. I emailed them questioning the delay and received a phone call the next day explaining the problem was with a back ordered part. They sent the partial and the back ordered parts were delivered soon after. I'm happy. Their prices are good and they actually make phone calls.

I've had two orders now with Poolvacparts, and both have been at better prices than Amazon, and with the correct part, not a bogus look-alike. Also, their standard delivery is excellent. Very pleased with my dealings with them.

There is absolutely no reason an online retailer should ever not be able to show whether an item is in stock or not. This retailer did not show this information and the item was indeed out-of-stock. They immediately charged my credit card which they should not have done until they shipped the item, which was four weeks later! For having something out-of-stock and unable to ship for that period of time other retailers have offered something for the inconvenience, like waving the shipping charge. This retailer did nothing.

Your company fulfilled my needed parts, They shipped and arrived timely, I will use your company again if such a need comes up. By the way, the pricing was good too.

I needed a partcleanthe. the customer service rep listened, understood, and two days later I was installing the correct new part on my pool cleaner. they solved my problem quickly and tHe 40 guests at my luau had a clean pool.

The price was better than any local suppliers could offer and the pool cleaner arrived within the advised time frame. If the exchange rate remains favourable for Australia then I would have no problem using this company again.

Not a whole lot to say. Found my replacement part, placed my order, received it in a timely manner, fixed my pool vac and it's back in service doing its job cleaning my pool. Will definitely use this website for parts again.

Ordered goods online to ship to Australia , received a courtesy email with a tracking number from a Faith, and a week later the goods where on my door step , no fuss , no errors just good bloody service !
