Pre ordered a figure. Got a notification they were trying to charge me, approved the charge immediately, got an email 2 days later saying they tried to charge me, but it wasnt approved, so they canceled the order and to call number provided. Went on to the site, item is out of stock. Lying about the reason why you cancel an order is a bad look. I will never order nor recommend this business to any of my collector friends.

There is no way my item purchased should of passed inspection to be shipped out. I don't trust their company. It appears they are trying to pass on to the consumer, defective merch. The head to the figure isn't even together!

I should have listened to the other reviews of this website but I thought my luck would be different than others. Preordered a case of hot wheels back in September, paid in full. The product started showing up in stores a month or so later so I contacted them. They told me the product was delayed by manufacturing until 12/30. I think to myself “ok, it’s a popular release I understand”. Then single cars from that case start showing up as in stock on their site. So I reach out 1/6 and they say it’s been pushed back to 1/30/26. On 1/16 they emailed me and said the pre order was canceled. I’ve never paid fully for a product for it to sell out? Especially when the pre order site is selling the individual from the cases. Never will buy from there

I preorder a figurine from this company. Awesome! Glad to have snagged one. But the release date passes without a shipping update. Huh. That's weird. Read online about how they are unreliable and will cancel your order because they're out of stock. It was a *preorder*, how do they become out of stock if they were never in stock‽ Anyway, I email to cancel my order and then buy the figurine from somewhere else. They respond, refusing to cancel my order(!!!), saying that they had merely delayed the release (how can you do that without an email btw·?) but that I would definitely still get it and just needed to wait. Whatever. Maybe I'll get 2. Now, months later, they finally email me saying that, indeed, they are out of stock and my order is cancelled. Absolutely insane way for a business to behave. So glad I bought from someone else when I did. Figurine would be hard to find if I had trusted popmarket. Avoid!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to get ahold of this company, I got a preordered funko through them and every time I reach out they respond with “the manufacturer has pushed the date back” how the hell can EVERYONE else around us get these but not them? Kind of weird to me. Long story short my pop got pushed back about 2 1/2 months and they seem to have no urgency or ways to want to make it better. As a customer thats very frustrating. I’ve seen this pop in person 2 times already but held out hoping mine would come.

Horrible customer service. Slow to respond. Canceled both my pre-orders. Not to be trusted. I now have to spend 60% more for the item on the second market now to get it. They will fuvk you over.

Totally a dishonest and very shady business from my experience with them. Ordered items they didn’t even have in stock and failed to deliver and that left me stuck fighting for refunds and left having to go to the BBB

I ordered a few Transformers they were shipped promptly. They were well packed. I will order more from them.

It appears this place is running a giant Ponzi. You make a purchase from them, they post a tracking number but never send the item. They are doing this on eBay. The negative feedback about them doing this to thousands of customers is ridiculous. I have reported them to the better business bureau and eBay as well. Hopefully they are investigated for their shady business dealings. Stay away!

This is a trustworthy company. I had a problem with an item and they came to the rescue. They are affiliated with Deep Discount and I have been buying from Deep Discount for 15 years. Both sites have great prices and are reputable firms.

I ordered two figures back in November of 2023. They were supposed to be released in July and August of 2024. I kept seeing everyone else get their orders so I messaged popmarket. Turns out they canceled my order in January of 2024, and never sent me a email, text, or even call. I am VERY disappointed, because then they told me to just reorder the items, but they were preorders so i couldn’t. Will not be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered a Transformer figure that was sold out EVERYWHERE and was surprised Popmarket had preorder. A little sus but I ordered anyways. Well to my shock, received item in less than a week! We normally order from hasbropulse but will check popmarket first as they offer free ship whereas hasbropulse does not. Very pleased! Will order from them again.

I preordered a figure around a month ago and I decided that I didn’t want it anymore and I wanted a refund since it hadn’t shipped yet. I emailed customer support about canceling my order and they never got back to me. I emailed them twice

Some of the best pre-order prices for figures. Sometimes they cancel but they can't control the supply. People complaining about waiting a long time, sorry, that happens to every figure seller. I usually get my orders and they do refund if they can't get your pre-order.

Pre ordered something from them in July and they kept pushing the release date further and further (it was originally supposed to come out early September but they kept changing the release date by a few weeks later as it would get closer.) I decided to try and wait it out, but then I got an email notifying me today they cancelled my order because they were "out of stock". I'm very disappointed, I waited a long time for my order and was looking forward to it.

Never received my order. Ordered over a month ago and they changed the in-stock date. Don't buy from here.

I wish I would have checked the reviews prior to buying. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I preordered a Fisher Price Steelers set on 10/23/23 with the release date being 10/30/23. I emailed them on 11/6/23 after my online account didn’t have a tracking number for my order. I got a response back on 11/7/23 that the release date was pushed back to 11/21/23. I reached out again the end of November, beginning of December, mid December, & finally found a phone number for them today - more than 8 weeks after I placed my order. Customer service was not helpful & placed the blame on the manufacturer. The new release date is 1/9/24 but “that isn’t set in stone either. It could change again”. I understand they can’t ship items if they didn’t get them from the manufacturer but the lack of communication & nonchalant attitude about customers not getting their items was incredibly upsetting. I’m the farthest thing from a Karen & I have never written a bad online review before but this is not ok. Please do NOT order things unless you’re ok with getting it whenever it arrives.

I purchased an expensive ($179) item they had listed on Discogs. The order was accepted and I made full payment. I never heard from them. After a few days I checked and they made some excuse that amounted to the fact that they sold their only copy to some other party. This was due to an error on their end. It was a pretty rare item.

Placed an order in January for a POP set being released in May. Funko delayed the production and release several times which is not the fault of PopMarket but when I received an alert from Funko that the POP set was available at the beginning of October I was expecting my order to be filled.

After waiting a month I contacted PopMarket asking when I should expect to receive it. The reply was "the title you requested has been cancelled as it is no longer available" and they would issue a refund. I 100% believe that if I had not contacted them they would have kept my payment without fulfilling my order.

They knew they weren't going to fulfill the order at the beginning of October and did nothing about it until I contacted them.

Ordered a record from them and never received it. Even after messaging the company they said they can’t help me cause it already shipped but upon looking at the tracking the label was never even created. So no refund or replacement even after they toke my money
