Post and Packing Avis 

Kings Hill shop, utterly useless and very unhelpful

Returned a package I ordered off the internet, I work in Kings Hill so thought using these guys would be convenient. How wrong could I be! Sent First Class recorded on 2nd July, the tracking number given does not actually work. Tried to contact the shop via phone, no answer, tried email, that bounced back. Will now pop in when I am back in the country

They also lied, told me it’s insured for £100, when in fact it’s only insured for £20. I will be taking action against them to recover any monies lost! I was willing to pay extra to cover me up to £100, but the guy who served me said no need too

Stay well clear and use a post office! Much more reliable and post offices don’t mis represent the truth

Kings hill are Absolutely rubbish. Sent a signed for letter 1 may still not arrived. Have had to resend from a different post office and it arrived on time no issues. First and last time I will ever use them. Over a week ago they took my number to 'look into it' and still waiting. They are rude and unhelpful and do not care.

N12: North Finchley. It's a place you can use but don't expect them to go out of their way to help you or give you an efficient or friendly service. They seem to not like people, we are burden to them sitting in the back of the shop out of sight so you don't ask for help. A useful evil is my sum up.

Post and Packing, Oxford. Awful customer service, they are very misleading and clueless. They employed 3rd parties when I asked for a DHL delivery and 'forgot' to specify I was not the account holder, so no 3rd party would talk to me. My parcel was lost on April 9th and more than 2 months later, I need to chase them for a refund and compensation! Avoid.

Avoid this company. Total scam!

Don't waste your money and time trying to get your NIN from this company, SCAM!!!. One year after, I am still chasing for my NIN to be validated or registered. Two trips to the emabassy with no details recorded on file. No response from the email addresses provided for me to chase up the NIN. Their response was for me to keep emailing until I get a response. Asked for a refund to take my service elsewhere but they declined. I won't rest until I get my refund.

I was lucky enough to actually find this place by chance and WOW are they switched on, Olly the guy that runs the show there [[ in stoke on trent ]] was nothing but helpful, he answered my million and 1 questions very professionally and in the right time frame , i am in Australia and these guys take all the stress out of the equation by sending fragile antiques , from the UK to me. Its easy to give you guys 5 stars.

This is the most helpful shop have been to for months. Good advice, quick service, friendly staff and everything you need to get things sent.
