Pots and Pans Avis 

The website is very easy to navigate, the customer service is second to none, but they're not so good when it comes to fulfilling orders when an item is unavailable from their supplier. I would expect them to update me and provide me with their options as opposed to my chasing them - although their customer service and response time were still excellent even though I chased them. Seem's like they need to tweak their order management process.

Other than that, I would still highly recommend them, it's a minor gripe on an otherwise faultless service.

After much searching on various sites I found what I was looking for at Pots and Pans and it was cheaper than any other site. I ordered the article and it was delivered three days later which considering I live in Wiltshire and Pots and Pans is located in Scotland Is pretty good by any standard. Very pleased and would recomend this company to everyone.

The le Creuset pans are rather special and we shall see how well they perform over the next few years. Speedy delivery and well packed.

Best prices and unparallel customer service. I had ordered a set of Tefal pans and one of the pots had a loose handle. They arranged for a replacement to be sent by next day delivery and they collected the faulty item. Highly recommended.

Checked out a few sites for a decent set of anodised pots. Found some in my price range and checked out several sites. Pots and Pans came out tops for price and even adding on the extra money for express deliver had the price under that of the nearest competitor. Goods were delivered within 48 hours.

I would always recommend buying from Pots & Pans. The service is always extremely efficient. They keep you advised as to the progress of your order and delivery details. The parcels arrive well packed and as promised. A very good company to delay with. Sue

Easy website, competitive prices, excellent service but brandwise I found the name Pots and Pans slightly offputting.

Everything about my order was perfect - except for the outer transit box of the packaging which was badly damaged. This purchase is a present so this could have been visible to the recipient, but thankfully the"offending item" was removed before that happened. The actual packing for the tagine and the contents themselves were perfectly OK, and the courier did point out the issue with the outer box before he asked for a signature of receipt.
I would still recommend Pots and Pans but suggest more thought and care about how the items are shipped to customers.would be of benefit.
