I dont know why Powerbronz has bad reviews my parts were delivered on time excellent quality the hard ware brackets are really well made Perhaps customers should spend a few minutes to fully read the fitting instructions every thing I've orderd has fitted perfectly cant fault ,

So purchased headlamp and cornering light protectors from powerbronze, downloaded and fitted them as per the instruction sheet and within two weeks one was gone in the breeze, so I then contact them and ask if they can supply a single one to replace the lost one, asked the price also, so not asking for one for free at any point, and low and behold no answer from them what so ever, how is that for very poor customer service, yet another company who gets your money then stuff you if you have a problem, see if you can reply to this review, probably not!!
Nice of you to get in contact just a pity you waited until after I had purchased a full new set and didn't help in anyway what so ever, so really a waste of my time and yours sending emails back and forth denying my email ever landed in powerbronze inbox, so still not impressed and not changing my mind with the review still as is.

Ordered a £125 hugger. Money taken from my account. No email confirmation from this company. Tried phoning their advertised number, nobody picks up.

Last week I bought and fitted a Powerbronze hugger to my Forza 750, the same hugger also fits the X-ADV 750. I removed the item after only 3 days as it has started to contact the rear tyre, in my opinion the design is badly flawed being mechanically fixed in just 2 positions and in one of those locations an existing M8 bolt is being asked to hold the hugger secure even though it is now holding a much larger bracket through a slot, and as such the small M8 bolt has nominal landing area on the bracket. Again, in my opinion, the hugger fixings are poorly designed and potentially very dangerous, I would strongly advise against purchasing it.

Have recently received and returned 2 screens from Powerbronze. One for a ZXR750H1 and the other for a 851/888. Both had a deformity in the middle which looked like the screen had sagged, causing the natural curve of the screen to appear bent. I received a refund for both, but they refused to see a problem, stating that the tooling process was correct and they were as expected. Denial doesn't help, I'll not be ordering from here again due to the unreliability of the product.

I purchased a Powerbronze screen for my 2023 F750GS from Fast Bike Bits. It came well packaged and looked good as I was fitting it. I then took the bike out for a test run with the screen and actually stopped at one point as I thought one of the screws holding the screen to the bike was coming loose.

It wasn’t loose, but I then noticed that all 4 screws from my original BMW screen were actually sitting at an angle through the pre-drilled holes in the Powerbronze screen. This has the effect that the rubber grommets around the screws do not sit squarely against the screen on the outside or the screen holder on the inside. Over time this may allow water to get into the inside of the screen and also the screw holes.

This is obviously a manufacturing issue as when I refitted the OEM BMW screen the grommets sit perfectly square as they are meant to. I am no engineer but I assume that the holes should be drilled at an angle to ensure they are at right angles to the thread in the screen holder.

I am disappointed with the quality therefore of the screen and cannot return for refund as Fast Bike Bits do not accept returns for Powerbronze screens.

I have now ordered a different BMW screen and have wasted £75 on a piece of useless smoked plastic!

Bought a windscreen for Moto Guzzi V85 TT in March 2023 from Powerbronze. Was expecting blank screen although had VT85 unremovable on front at lower screen. Not ideal although by choice although ok.
Quality was very good and communications again when contacted was good although the screen was difficult to fit on all four points.
Having read previous perhaps slightly warped?
Got by by overtightening fourth fixing though.
Fairly effectively dealt with motorway buffering by adding a spolier.

I bought the handguards from you for supermeteor 650. I have to say-VERY Dissapointing. Looks and feels very cheap, and in no way worth £97. Should be more like max of £40. I bought handguards from hitchcocks for my other bike - a Scram411, and they are and feel really good-so much better than yours. I have fitted the guards, but they look and feel really cheap and shoddy .Will probably consign them to the bin. bought via stp racing products.

Ordered screen for 2023 F750 GS arrived on delivery date, fits perfectly well pleased !!!

Excellent products and brilliant service.Had their crash bobbins on my KTM for a while now and at a meet i believe someone stole the badges from them,luckily for me I contacted powerbronze and they was quick to offer to replace the badges at no expense! Thank you powerbronze! Will be order more products in the near future 😀

I bought a screen for my Moto Guzzi V85 TT which was promptly delivered. Unfortunately I found it did not fit properly and I contacted them to return the product as I believed it was faulty. I took pictures showing how the curvature of the screen was not right. Part of the rubber washers were excessively compressed while the other half did not make contact with the screen at all. This left a gap and uneven clamping force over the screen.

I received a reply saying that if the screen was found to be faulty then they would pay up to a max of £5 p&p. This is despite on the front page of the website saying ‘free no quibble returns’. However, on the T&C’s for returns it says they will pay up to a max of £7.99, contradicting their own web page and the e-mail they sent.

Two e-mails later they capitulated saying it was a ‘misunderstanding’ and that they would pay up to £7.99 postage; still not free! However, when they received the screen and apparently checked it against their tooling, they said it was not faulty (despite the photos and obviously not fitting correctly) so refused to pay any postage.

In summary they have refunded me for the screen but it was not without quibbling. It was not in anyway free returns, with conflicting information on their website. They refused to accept the product was faulty even when presented with photographic evidence. I wont be buying from them again and Powerbronze is not a company I can recommend.

Instructions are terrible, pictures are not accurate, instructions are not accurate, they do not fit, they chafe the fairing in any position, lop sided, bar end grips don’t grip, guards are loose when fully torqued.

Powerbronze will not answer emails.

I’m told some items are better than others, however, from what they have supplied on this occasion plus the total lack of communication when you have an issue does not bode well. £94 wasted. Will avoid in future. A real shame as I wanted to support a UK company but on this occasion it appears that my loyalty was misplaced.

Update 13/03/23 Recieved an email from powerbronze 3 days previous asking for the return of my items. It would appear that they had not updated the items to reflect 2023 model. They have issued a full refund for the items and 90% of my return postage.

Zh2 bellypan. Black powder coating on the grill bubbling. Paint flaking and rust underneath. Not impressed!!
Will sand and respray myself so know its done right. Let's hope the rest is OK when I come to fit it.

Called in the afternoon, didnt hold too much hope.
Spoke to Richard, from my post code, he could see I bought a screen for CB1000R back in 2012/13 from bike show,
I explained i'd broke a screw, whilst removing it to clean it.
Wow, what after service, 2nd to none. No questions asked, bang... New fitting kit, not just the screw... But a complete fitting kit, arrived the following morning. As he said it would.
How great life would be if every company treated their costomers the same as Powerbronze.

Recently purchased a hugger and headlight protector for my 2022 GSXR1000R Phantom. First of all, the kit comes very well boxed and protected with bubble wrap - something Powerbronze have always been really good at!
The headlight protector is well made and fitted perfectly, as I would expect. Only takes 5 - 10 minutes to fit too.
The hugger (matt black) looks really good with the black mesh vents. The fitting kit is nicely bagged up and everything was there - no missing parts ;-).
Fitting the hugger was actually quite fiddly, trying to get the nuts on the back of the bolts that pass through the brackets...got there eventually. Which brings me to the brackets....not the most aesthetic things and why are they in that awful colour, a sort-of olive-grey? Why aren't they black, or even matt black for a matt black hugger? Something to think about Powerbronze??? Most swing arms are either black or silver/grey.

All in all, the hugger is ok, but does look a bit agricultural with those brackets and the rubber inserts.

Excellent fast delivery and perfect fit.
Ordered in light tint,looks fabulous. It has totally transformed the front appearance of the bike and there is no comparison to the the item I removed,it is so much better quality.

Powerbronze's after sales service provider is unprofessional, when help was sought to rectify product defects, waiting time between emails dragged on before becoming unresponsive.

It's products are mediocre with undesirable qualities. How could laser-cut accessories be mis-aligned, and the accessories' qualities are not even checked. Overall, not worth the hefty price tag as compared to Chinese-made counterparts. Disappointment.

Edit: Powerbronze had contacted me after a long period, but was informed that a replacement piece would be sent. I will update again on the outcome of the replacement piece.

I believe the measure of a good company is how issues are delt with and although I was unfortunate enough to have one, the issue got sorted out over and above my expectations. Thank you Powerbronze for your help today with my screen and your good customer service

Ordered from France, 5th screen for different bikes that I have had from them. Willing to pay for delivery to France. They sent the item at full price and then I was charged French VAT and duty, no problem, I can claim back the UK VAT. No chance, Powerbronze had claimed it back and kept it. What conmen.
