I looked at several storage unit places and found Price Self Storage to be fantastic! The customer service they provided was above and beyond what I expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. There are many perks to using this facility and I’m happy I chose this facility. I would definitely recommend using this place.

Gentleman at front counter answered all questions and provided succinct and detailed explanation of fees. Easy to get to freeway wise and love area. Very secure too, has well thought security perimeter.

Ellos fueron muy amables, lugar perfecto lo único malo es el horario de 7 a 7 muy temprano cierran.

They gave us a great deal we only needed storage for 30 days and we got a 10x25 storage free the first 30 days and just had to pay the administration fee of $50.00.

Great customer service. I gave 4 stars because of the limited access...it would be cool if there were 24 hour access for people who work really long hours.

Zero customer retention due to unreasonable price hike every 4 months.
No trash can on site (Santee, CA).
The access panel to punch in the code is hard to reach on exit.
The "mandatory" protection plan is useless and unnecessary for people that don't need it.
I moved from 10x10 to 10x5 to 5x5 and the only reason I still have a storage unit is because of high sealing on the 3rd floor.
Can't talk to anyone (because they need to reach out to supervisor, or regional manager 1st for approval).
No onsite parking enforcement. People park however they want.
Homeless people on site: from using toilet to simply roaming around walking through an unlocked walking door/gate.
Shall I go on?

Our experience so far has been amazing with these folks. They are professional and polite, something we are seeing less and less of these days in service industry! We have been speaking with them from out of state so trusting the rest of our experience when we get on site will be equally great!
