10 days and counting waiting for an…

On 10th March I wrote
10 days and counting waiting for an order that the website advised would be with me in 2-3 days.
No useful feedback via chat or email so far.
Today, a full 22 days after lacing the order, the package arrives - pretty poor for a 2-3 day delivery.
I didn't recieve a tracking code, because I checked out as a guest. I raised the issue with Printer Inks several times and was consistently told I would get an update within 48 hours - I got NOTHING. I was even told that responding to the emails issues as a result of a "ticket" being raised would put the "ticket" at the back of the queue for investigation - bizarre.
In the meantime I ordered from elsewhere and got prompt delivery so now have an unwanted cartridge.
If I could rate this supplier as 0 stars I would

A Disappointing Service

The website advised that an order acknowledgement would be sent. It wasn't. I complained a few days later as nothing had been received and the order was almost fulfilled a couple of days later. The free gift I had requested was omitted even though I had spent over £80. There was simply no mention of it. Printerinks has gone downhill badly.

Failed to repay money owed

One of the items I ordered was not delivered because the company could not source it. But they took the money I had paid, and did not then repay me for almost three months. It needed repeated requests to do so. This is very poor customer service

Thank you for your review.

Our apologies that you did not receive part of your order on time. We always look to make our stock availability to be as accurate on webpage as possible. Unfortunately in this case a number of orders were made for the same item near enough at the same time and this did affect your order.

Usually stocks are amply high enough to cope with an issue like this and replenishment of the stock is usually very quick if an item becomes out of stock that we are able to meet the delivery schedule for our customers.
On this occasion there was an issue and we will of course look into ways in which this can be avoided in the future.
In the regards to the refund we always look to have a refund done within 10 working days maximum and usually meet this target in most cases in much faster time than this. If this was not met we do sincerely apologise.

Nothing wrong this time

Nothing wrong this time - but historically other orders in the past 2/3 years have included one ink with a broken piece that rendered it useless, and another where all 3 inks were the wrong ones - a size too small that didn't fit.
I should have responded at the time, but too many issues distracted me, so I never did anything, just threw them away.

Inks didn't work

Sorry to say the colour cartridge would not requnise my printer. Epson Xp-6105. The black and photo black work ok so it was just the 3 colours. The on line chat was very helpful. So am returning them for a refund.
