The black ink cartridge has not lasted…
The black ink cartridge has not lasted anywhere near as long as even so called 'compatible' ones. I am very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that you found the original manufacturer cartridge did not last as long as you expected.
Looking at the order for the black cartridge you made it was a standard capacity cartridge whereas the colour compatible cartridge you ordered was a high capacity cartridge which has nearly two thirds more ink then a standard capacity cartridge.
However if you think the cartridge is not performing as it should please do get in touch and our team will assist you.

Amazing sevice

I received an email offering a special…
I received an email offering a special discount but when I tried to use the code I was informed that it did not apply to my purchase. Very misleading and extremely disappointing.

Cartridge faulty.
I put the cartridge into my printer and it printed 2 sheets - then it wouldn't print any more! My printer said there "was a problem and cartridge must be replaced".
I emailed customer services last weekend (26th Feb) and received a message that they'd get back to me - but there's been no reply for 6 days now!
Very disappointing!

I have forgotten my password so asked…
I have forgotten my password so asked for a link to be sent to my email. It arrived and when I clicked on it, it just terminated Outlook completely. I reloaded Outlook, asked for a password reset again and the same thing happened. So, I ordered as a guest.

We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with trying to gain access to your password. An email sent by us cannot close down your Outlook account it would probably be the firmware settings on your computer that is closing down the Outlook screen.
