good service and reliable, only thing I find annoying and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, I order 1 items that is a small box, when it arrives it sent in a large box which does not fit through the letter box, so if I'm not in I have to keep arranging for post office to return or collect myself, The item I order is small enough to fit through a letter box if boxed smaller

Excellent product and customer service
I have been using probio7 for about 8 months. I have IBS and a mild lactose intolerance, and I can testify that these probiotics have helped me with both!
I used to get bloated quite often, and it would sometimes last for days. Now, I have only got bloated once since I I started taking probio7, and it got solved quickly.
Also, I have slowly incorporated dairy products back into my diet, and I do not get bloated!

As yet I don't know if it's working or not I haven't lost or gained any weight don't feel any different to how I normally feel perhaps in another months time I may see or feel different.

Whilst most people will start to feel some changes after the first few days of taking a probiotic, others may need more time. This is because our gut microbiome is as unique as our fingerprints.
We recommend taking a probiotic supplement for at least one month to give the friendly bacteria a chance to colonise the gut and maximise their effect.
