Poor customer service and careless…
Poor customer service and careless handling of products. Staff put my glass grinder into a bag and then slammed it onto the table as if it were indestructible. It's made of glass and should be treated accordingly. The lack of care shown was shocking and completely unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and concerned about the quality of service

Very knowledgeable staff and great quality products at a fair price.
Very knowledgeable staff. The gentleman who worked there gave me some great advice on which line of ProCook Elite pans I should buy, because he owned them himself and was an avid home chef too. Really helpful, really friendly.
