Found what I needed very easily .colleague very friendly

After a hard sale from one of the staff, I ended up buying a plate and bowl set and was not overly impressed with them. The bowls were not glazed properly and one plate had a hairline crack.
We returned just the faulty item to the store in Bath, which is more local and we're told they cannot replace individual item, even though their guarantee states they can. After challenging the staff member, they reluctantly replaced.
Not great products at all, I advise people to ask the staff to check below leaving the store!

I wanted to add to my Pro-Cook saucepans. Helpful and friendly assistant.

We visit this branch whenever we are in the area and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
There is always an excellent selection of products and the store is always clean and tidy.

The woman was to full on In the shop, made me feel very stressed and anxious.
All I wanted to do is buy an oven tray and she kept on and on about other products and she was full on.

I enjoyed my trip as wanted certain items and had been to Pro Cook in Plymouth and found was helpful as was this one, staff were great and helped me purchase what I wanted.
I needed a bottle opener and found knife sharpener and a few other items.

The sales assistant helpfully responded to questions I asked in an appropriate and informative way and consequently made a good sale. I’m pleased with the product.

Bought some Damaskan knives and a wooden and glass block for the knives to sit in. Sadly after only having them for 2 days the storage block showed signs of wear and the knives had rub marks on the surface. The set was over £500 so I was disappointed and returned them. The staff were brilliant on demonstrating the knives and on the returns process.
So in a nut shell the product wasn’t great but the staff were excellent.
