Helpful without being pushy
We were looking for a non-stick sauté pan for a specific recipe. A good choice available, in both style and price. The assistant was helpful without being pushy. Once we had made our decision, it became clear that the one on show was the only one in stock. It was pretty immaculate but a welcome discount was applied anyway.

Fantastic customer service. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledge and keen to help in any way they could. Nothing was too much trouble. A great shopping experience with time to browse and purchase with no time pressures.

Great little food processor
Great little food processor. Perfect for 1 person. Used yesterday for the first time to make cauliflower rice and it did a great job.

Excellent service from in store staff
Helpful, friendly staff. Checked item was in stock by phone before going to store the next day. Assistant remembered my call and took time to answer my questions. I wanted to check the mug size which would fit the machine and she very helpfully got the tallest mug from their range to try. It fitted! Display information with coffee machines comprehensive. Excellent service from staff at the Ditchling store.
