The staff are all friendly and knowledgable
We realised we needed some small side plate knives but could not remember the name of the cutlery we had bought some time ago.
An Assistant stated that if we would permit her to look back in the sales system using our name and address she might be able to spot the cutlery we had bought.
This worked. It turned out that the one style of side plate knife on display matched our previous purchase so we bought 8 with 205 off with confidence together with other items one of which was a bargain sale item.

I try to avoid shopping here as they refuse to give a receipt without an email address which is shameless behaviour. Unfortunately I needed scales urgently, although when everyone has a mobile phone, I'm cross that the batteries are being used up with a clock!

The person who attended me "Dave" (I think) was excellent. I don't know him but he deserves top marks... But that's not to say that the rest of that team isn't good. (I used to manage large teams). If any of that makes sense then we're all good.

The sauce pan size is idea for me
The sauce pan size is idea for me, but for the size of it I find it quite heavy when draining off,I think maybe it should have a small loophole handle at the other end to hold when draining .
