We have a 15 year old saucepan that the handle fell off. ProCook changed the broken saucepan for a brand new replacement as part of lifetime guarantee.

No nonsense, hassle free exchange of pans. Purchased 5 years ago, coating started to degarde. Known problem and 5 piece pan set upgraded to latest Tri-ply range. The lady at Glos Quays very helpful. 5*

Leightons excellent customer service
Came in to enquire for a set of knives on my first visit, Leighton talked me through the different ranges, gave personal recommendations and ensured that I came back to purchase them on my second visit. Will definitely be a return customer if he’s there!

Very helpful in store (Gloucester) staff
Zoe, the store manager, was great in helping us to choose ProCook for our pressure cooker. We've bought most of our kitchen pans and trays from them and when there was a problem with a couple of items there was absolutely no problem in getting replacements 18 months down the line. Good to see a no hassle warranty actually being honoured without issue.

Finally found the pans I've been looking for.
I've been looking for a set of replacement saucepans for a considerable time, but never actually came across the ones I liked. When two of my 30 year old pans finally gave up the ghost, I had to act and took the plunge and bought a set of Pro Cook pans, which were on offer. They arrived the next day and I was immediately impressed with the quality. They are superb pans. My wife thinks they are a bit on the heavy side, particularly the largest pan. Yes they are heavy, but to me that's just a further confirmation of their quality.
They look great, and the heat distribution is excellent. They also wash very well.
I'm extremely happy with my new Pro Cook pans, and I'd recommend them to any serious cook.

I felt someone could have attended to…
I felt someone could have attended to us without asking for help after waiting and searching for products.
In the end we ended up purchasing an Elite range frying pan but having returned home the coating is chipped an a few places.
We shall be contacting the closest store to us (as we purchased this item while we were on holiday) so they can advise on how to proceed with an exchange or refund.

Really nice store
Really nice store. Easy to navigate and see all the stock on display so you can get a feel for it. Friendly lady in the shop too. Very good thanks. Also love my pans and bakeware set! 👌
