Friendly, helpful staff. I went to buy a new frying pan and mentioned that my present one had the non stick lining coming off. They looked up my previous purchase and said it was covered by a guarantee and said if I took the pan back to the shop they would replace it. I returned the following day and they had put a replacement pan to one side for me.

I have visited this shop several times, and every experience has been excellent. The staff are always friendly, courteous and genuinely helpful. During my conversations with them, they have consistently reminded me about the guarantee on their products and have been more than happy to inspect a couple of issues I had.

When I needed to make use of the guarantee, they dealt with everything without hesitation and replaced my damaged items as promised. I was particularly impressed by how straightforward and hassle-free the whole process was.

It is clear that customer care and satisfaction are a genuine priority for them. The combination of excellent service, courtesy and a real commitment to looking after their customers makes this a brand I would be very happy to recommend.

Product was as stated….very pleased with the items. Ordering and delivery was easy.

Hi, I was in the store in livingstone last week looking at the dinner sets snd the staff member asked me if I needed some help, I explained that im not sure what dinner set to purchase at this moment in time so lm only looking, She was so understanding and reasured me regarding the different sets in the shop I just was at ease and said thank you and I hope to return another time, so thank you procook and thank you to the staff member who explained just about everything that I wanted to know,

Attendants were very helpful and patient, I was looking for a specific set of knives for my mum and was assisted with finding each and every one listed as I was having a bit of a tough time finding the right sizes. They answered all the questions I had and also offered some insightful suggestions. All in all, it was a wonderful shopping experience and benefited from a bank holiday discount as well.

Lovely store to shop in , very well stocked with good quality products and very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was very surprised with her attention to the detail on the product I was interested in and offered a good comparison with a similar item, she also stated all the terms of purchase .

Couldnt have been more helpful from start to finish.

We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.
