Lovely staff, greeted me with a smile, but left alone when I wanted to browse. Very helpful when I requested a nutmeg mill as an addition to my pan, you need to stock them, they save knuckles!
As said before assistants did not give me time to browse before pouncing on me although helpful I just wanted more time to look at other products

I asked for something I couldn't find on the shopfloor and they kindly went into the storeroom and found it. So very helpful staff.

The shop was nice but I felt it’s a…
The shop was nice but I felt it’s a little crowded with so much stock that customers are bumping into each other trying to walk around. 2 people bumped into me due to this reason.
At the checkout I wasn’t told I was making a donation to a charity - in fact the lady didn’t even mention it after it had gone through. She just stared blankly and hoped I hadn’t noticed.
Procook have great products but the shop and its service leaves a lot to be desired.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. My pan was damaged so I took it in to be looked at. Was replaced without any issues and I was given good advice on how to use and maintain it for a gas hob.
