Staff in Reading store are friendly and the products are great. It isn't cheap but the prices and product quality compare favourable against John Lewis in my opinion.

Firstly the staff. So very helpful and knowledgeable.
The product itself is good; I purchased non stick cooking pots and they have been good. They work on all hobs. A little expensive but there are different ranges on prices and products.

Purchased cups that were larger than thought. Refund was super easy via shop in Oracle. Great service, two wonderful employees who went extra mile to help us find an alternative and both very knowledgeable re the stock in store. Many thanks to them.
