I had an issue with some pans that.i had bought on line 2 years ago, I spoke to one of the staff the shop in the Trafford Centre, they asked me to bring them in to look at I took them and they replaced the whole set straight away, 3 pans were not in stock a week later they were sent to my house. This is why I buy from and trust Pro-Cook Great service again Thankyou.

Similar quality to much more expensive brands & we're very pleased with them.
