Had been let down badly by another company. Rang the sales team and they promised delivery within 12 days. True to their word the shirts were delivered to me in the time frame stated. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery, would highly recommend.

What a real shame when items are defective, they use every tactic in the book to try and stop you sending the items back. First they offered £5 voucher off next order. After refusing this, they offered £10 compensation and to keep the items. We don't want them as we are entitled to a full refund! Currently taking this further. Items sent were defective and they trying to save money and hassle their end, not ours! They ship these over from China and God knows where and when defective don't want to know at all. We have every right within consumer law to get a full refund including shipment fees when the items are not as described and defective. You've admitted they are defective and poor quality in your emails than your usual standard but it is not down to the customer to take the hit when you clearly need to check your manufacturing standards abroad.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish with everything from ordering, payment, delivery time, regular updates and the quality of the items purchased. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order and would highly recommend this company. John UK

Great service with quick dispatch for item that was in stock

I’ve now made three orders from ProKit UK, and I have been extremely happy all three times. I had to return an item from one order, and the process was easy and refund processed timely. For another, the package was lost by the courier, and a new one was dispatched as soon as it was confirmed they had lot it.

I am always wary of ordering kit from an online company that I hadn’t heard of. I read some reviews about this company and I felt that it was legitimate. I placed my order not expecting that my order would be completed until next week. This was communicated to me and I was happy to wait- very happy to have received the kit over the weekend! Very impressed!!!

Helpful company who respond to enquiries almost straight away. The products are always made with care and are of good quality. Only negative they used DPD to deliver who are as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

Purchased an item for £110, £116 with shipping and now they’re ‘refunding the item due to stock shortage, if there was a stock shortage why you it be listed and I’m not getting a refund for the £6 shipping which means I am basically down £6 for nothing

Excellent quality goods. Although delivery is a bit longer than other sites, this is stated when placing orders so it should be no surprise. They delivered within the timescale given and email communication was very good. Many thanks for a good buying experience.

Not a nice experience at all the order was late arriving and when it did it was meant to be a surprise for my husband but when I opened it I ordered his usual size xxxl and it was extremely small and when I tried to contact people in both the store and emailed the online service the man in the shop wasn’t very nice at all which upset me and when I asked for a refund it was declined online the shirt was also made of quite a thin material for the price it has not made me confident to purchase anything else through this company I’m really really disappointed with the service given
