Ordered a top yesterday and this morning I received an email with

"Your order #1000032773 has been updated with a status of Items Ordered From Adidas"

So they didn't have it stock..I can order from Adidas myself!

Up to 3 weeks for a delivery...unbelievable ..thats after paying for a 3-5 day delivery...

I have emailed and sent a message using WhatsApp asking for cancellation and refund...

Great service from a great team of people ordered a match ball on the 31st of may late evening (10:45)pm and within the next morning it had been shipped dpd had backlogs with delivery due to half term and bank holidays but the team at prokit got onto it straight away and was so helpful and done a superb job and finding out what’s going on really helpful service makes the whole process worth while!

What I ordered was dispatched same day & even arrived a day earlier than was stated, excellent service will 100% use again

I ordered personalised kits for our new 7 a side team on Sat 5th June and to be honest I was expecting upwards of a 3 week lead time given what I'd read about most teamwear suppliers. The kits were ordered from Hummel on the following Monday, dispatched by Thursday and delivered on the Friday. They look sharp, exactly how we'd pictured them and we'll be able to wear them out on our first game next week which I thought we'd ordered way too late for. Massive thanks to ProKit for the quick turnaround and especially thanks to Charlie who was really helpful in sorting the personalisations out. 100% would recommend and will be back next time
