It was my first experience of the Compliance Audit and I couldn't have asked for or expected a better encounter with Darren. He was clear and concise throughout. We found his visit helpful and informative.

The dreaded Compliance Audit
'Compliance Audit' not the words that anybody wants to hear but I can truly say that the meeting I had with Darren Kitchenside was absolutely Five Stars. We covered everything I could think of, obviously we aren't perfect, there maybe some of you out there that are but the meeting was very informative, constructive and full of ideas to improve our business, this in turn will help us provide the best service and experience possible for our clients and customers.

Hi Daniel,
Could you provide us with more information so that we can investigate this for you? As a Membership Body, we sometimes get contacted by members of the public when they want to talk about their experience buying, selling or renting, whether they have used a Propertymark member agent, or not. We can advise on the best course of action, and have a set complaint process for members. But we understand that this can be frustrating when an immediate resolution is wanted, which is why we're eager to establish if this is the case.

Update: After investigation we have found that Danny has had a negative experience with an inventory agency, who is also a Propertymark member. The review is not directed at Propertymark. We have informed Danny how to follow our complaints procedure so that this member can be investigated and apologised for his experience on the member agent's behalf. We haven't had a response, but are here to help with the complaints process.
Pleasant visit
Darren made the whole experience comfortable and not daunting at all. The report received was very helpful and detailed. We will use the recommendations moving forward within our company.

Great support for CMP application
Great support was received from Matt Rawlings when my agency applied for the CMP registration, he helped us from the start, on what kind of client account we needed for compliance, all the way through applications for AML, NRL registration along the way, to finally get us to complete all the document requirements. Swift response with helpful suggestions, we are so grateful.
