I would shop with pro rider again made everything so easy delivery on time thanks to pro rider p s love the golf trolley,

The pro-rider arrived very promptly and was easy to assemble. The battery charged overnight and then we were off. It's great. I love it. Life is going to be so much easier from now on!!

Disappointed that the axle snapped after only 14 months but delighted with the parts dept's ability to identify my trolley from records and ensure that I received the correct replacement part. These arrived within 1 working day, with an explanatory fitting diagram and we're cheaper than expected. Took 10 mins. to fit and my golf trolley is back to work.

Very good sturdy bike found it easy to assemble and comfortable to ride instruction however were a little bit confusing as they were for 3 different models other niggles the gear change lever is not easy to use and was very surprised there was no pedometer as shown on the video on you tube as they only cost £2.00, not sure what speed I'm going as waiting for it to arrive,
other than that it a very nice bike and would recommend buying I myself am disabled find walking difficult as have had nerve damage felt mainly in my feet however riding this bike with throttle assistance and at times just the throttle is a breeze
One other niggle it's a pity there was no email from the supplier as to what day the bike would arrive

The wheels on my two year plus old Pro rider golf trolley stopped turning, I thought it must be motor or gear box problems. Adam soon put me right and told me the clutches on the wheels needed replacing. I ordered them on the Monday and they arrived on the Friday. Only problem it did not say that the clutches were handed, but I soon worked it out and my trolley is fully operational again. Thanks Adam, thanks Pro Rider!!!

The golf battery arrived in good time and well packaged.I have used it twice and it has plenty of power for my golf course that is very hilly.

conversion arrived within a couple of days of ordering,only problem there was no instructions how to assemble it, phoned them, I was e-mailed instructions straight away had it up and running within 3Hrs great service by support team, great bit of kit, being disabled it has changed my life.

This machine is a totally new concept in remote trolley design, possibly the lightest trolley made today at a fantastic low price.
Manoeuvrability is excellent, extremely light and easy to lift into a car boot.
Ordering was straightforward with delivery within 36 hours, together with all the extras including a 36 hole battery this makes it a brilliant buy.
Well Done Pro Rider - I will recommend this product whenever I can.

From my initial phone call I found everyone extreme helpful. The customer service dept was extremely obliging and arranged with my own courier company to have it picked up as it required a next day delivery.

I took the trolley out for the 1st time yesterday. On the 1st uphill the rear wheel did not support the weight of my bag and buckled on the plastic coupling. Bag went over as did the trolley. Not a great start! On the 2nd hole I noticed movement between the frame and the motors. All the Allen key bolts were loose so I'm guessing v.poor quality control. So I have had to re tighten the bolts and create a metal support for the rear wheel. On the upside the trolley looks good and is quiet and responsive. Assuming I have no more mechanical problems I think it could be good value for money, especially if the warranty support is good

I decided to treat myself to this trolley. While I had previously not heard of this company, and read some mixed reviews on the internet, I decided to go ahead with my purchase. Communication with the seller was excellent, and my shipment was delivered promptly. The trolley was assembled already, with the exception of the wheels. The instructions were fairly simple to follow. This lithium trolley comes with loads of accessories, as well. I played my first round with this trolley today. I only wish I was as pleased with my golf game, as I was with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone.

Ordered trolley on Monday mid day over the phone spoke to a very helpful lady who said the trolley would be with me Thursday morning and true to her word it was on time. Trolley is really easy to assemble all do in two minutes. Took it out on a very hilly course on the Saturday morning in the rain and not one problem with. Excellent service and excellent trolley. Why pay £100s more for a bigger name when pro rider remote is in my words better

Arrived very quickly and easy to assembly.
Works well and after my first round of 18 holes I am very pleased with the trolley.
Only down side is the silly jubilee clip which holds the motor to the frame, this collects grass if you go off the fairway, I suppose I shouldn't hit my ball into the rough.

I have lowered my rating because not long after I had the trolley it stopped on the golf course do I had to push it round 14 holes, not easy to push, the fault was a connection pulled out in the handle, to be fair they did offer to have it back for repair as its seems a common fault.
A few months later the gear box went, they repaired it foc. The battery fail after nearly a year but it's now been replaced under warranty, after many emails, it's good after sales

I was unsure whether to even give two stars due to the lack of service of the delivery staff.

Still waiting for delivery despite paying £45 for delivery to Spain.

Unbelievable that staff are telling me that I have to phone the delivery company as they have no outside lines. In this day and age there are such things as mobile phones! How can you run a business like this.

My husband belongs to a large golf club and will not be able to recommend Progolf to any of them.

The Provider Colt Hybrid was delivered two days after ordering which was very good. When taken out of the box it only needed the pedals,front wheel and handlebars to be attached and it was ready for the road. The Prorider website stated that it was a Samsung battery but this is not indicated on the battery itself. After enquiries to Prorider I was told that the internals are Samsung. I have only had the bike for a week so it's early days. I did however have a bad experience with this bike, the battery level was showing 2 bars (out of 5) but it soon drained (using pedal assist). I came to a very steep incline so I decided to walk with the bike. I pushed it over a kerb and the rear wheel came loose, it obviously had not been tightened before it was delivered. I think the checks before shipment are inadequate. It could have ended more seriously had I been driving it. The hand book did not mention tightening up the nuts on the rear wheel.
The jury is out on the actual range of this machine (I had done 30 miles when it cut out). I will monitor this carefully and not let it get down to two bars.

As above, the trolley appears to be OK and functions as it should so far, all the buttons work and the battery seems pretty good although it is quite heavy.
The score card holder is not much use as it will not hold a score card and I am not too sure about the quality of the umbrella holder - I have not used it but it looks flimsy.
I think this is pretty much a dry weather trolley, the drive motor has no protection and I suspect in wet conditions there will be problems with it - a simple cover on the underside would help no end.
The speed control knob is OK but forget anything lower than "4" unless you are going at a snails pace is pretty useless and the position of this knob could be better - if you have a big club at the back of the bag it will rub against the knob and alter the speed control position as the trolley moves. It's not a great issue as you can move the clubs around but you might suddenly wonder why the trolley won't go or shoots off like a startled rabbit.

Updated our previous electric cycle to the above folder away bike. Ordering was first class no problem what so ever. Delivery was fantastic arrived with in 48 hrs. Assembling was well explained and easily done in around 20 mins. This included clearing away the large box which it arrived in. My Wife used the bike for the first time on a 8.5 mile ride and returned full of praise for the bike. It only used 1 bar of power on this trip. We would recommend this bike and company. We are yet to take it away in are caravan which is what we purchased it for, but i'm sure it will be a great addition to our caravan and soon be ordering a second.
