The ordering process was conducted via telephone, and was simple and straight forward.
Only criticism is, whichever courier that is employed by ProRider, left the package at the front door, no signature was required and, could have been taken! Fortunately it was not!

I ordered the E tourer to take on holiday with our motor caravan. It looked great, felt great and was easy to ride, I loved it. However, when we came to try and lift it up onto the high bike rack on the van it was just too heavy for us. If I had only wanted to ride it at home, keeping it in the garage, it would have been ideal.
So I contacted Pro Rider who were very helpful and we went to the showroom where I tried the Wayfarer, which is smaller and lighter for taking away. Vicky at Pro Rider was very good and helpful and the exchange was made with no fuss, I can only praise and thank her for her time and attention.

Several months ago, weighing in at 22 stone, I suffered a DVT and multiple Pulmonary Embolism. The doctors put me on blood thinning medication and told me I needed to lose weight and get fitter.

By controlling my diet and walking more often I managed to get my weight down to just over 20 stone over a period of 8 or 9 weeks.

A number of friends and work colleagues cycle to work and I thought this might be a very efficient way for me to lose even more weight and, more importantly, get fitter.

I did not have the strength or stamina to use a normal bike but I thought an electric bike might be the answer as it would provide assistance on the steeper climbs or whenever I found the going difficult.

The problem was finding an ebike big enough for someone of my height (6'4") and strong enough to carry my weight. That is where Pro-rider came in. Their E Tourer Electric Bike was rated for over 21 stones, with adjustable handlebars and adjustable seat making it suitable for any height. The bike was also one of the cheapest I had seen but I must confess that worried me slightly as, more often than not, you get what you pay for.

However, I was eventually won-over by the consistently good reviews that Pro-rider have received from satisfied customers. They can now add my name to that list!

My wife and I took the gamble and bought two E Tourer bikes, one for each of us. They arrived within 2 days. The courier was excellent, the packaging robust and assembly quick and easy. The quality of construction was immediately evident. Waiting for the battery to charge fully was the only frustration as we felt like children at Christmas and could not wait to try them out! We finally got the chance to ride them at 12.30am!!! We were not disappointed, they are well designed, well engineered, easy and comfortable to use and, all-in-all, a real pleasure to ride.

We have only had the bikes a few days but I have already ridden to work and back twice (a round trip of just over 10 miles). The electric motor has been smooth and reliable and has helped me climb the various hills on route (one of which is particularly steep) and a long, slow incline on the way home. Being able to select the exact level of pedal assist I need has allowed me to push myself without overdoing it and leaving myself over-tired or short of breath.

Unfortunately, my wife has not had the opportunity to ride as much as I have (yet) but she loves her bike as much as I do mine. She is much more confident riding the E Tourer than she ever was riding a standard bike.

We have decided to have an electric bike carrier fitted to the car so we can take them with us when we go on holiday to France in a few days' time.

Already the Pro-rider E Tourer electric bikes have proven to be an excellent purchase. We have nothing but praise for them and look forward to many happy hours riding together.

I'll try to make this an honest and impartial viewpoint as much as I can, And I hope it's enough to make anyone's mind up if they are considering purchasing a pro rider golf trolley.
I trolled the internet looking at all options for an electric trolley, looked at all the big names, switched between this and that. Sort of knew what they were all like given that my friends and acquaintances had all types and creeds of trolley (at 53 i'm the last to switch from carrying the bag!!! Too many aches and pains now!) I'll be honest and say that at £379.00 for a trolley with a lithium battery, it was the price that drew me in. So feet first, bought unseen and untested. Arrived, unpacked, impressed, but other things diverted attention till medal day this morning. Had charged battery, which is about the size of a box of maltesers, so thought I'd better test all working. No probs, into the car, 1st tee beckons. Full charge showing on the display, off we go. Whisper silent motor, up through the speeds showing on the display, going through rough etc(lot of rough this medal round unfortunately) get used to controls, it remembers your last speed anyway, showed off a bit with the 11, 22 and 33 yard buttons, at the end of 18 holes still showed medium power and would suspect it would do another 18 no problem. This kit, with the lithium battery, is so light it's almost unbelievable. If I didn't have a charge in the battery, I could push this round no problem. I honestly would recommend this product to anyone.
Good stuff done, only the minor tweeks and i'm sure if pro rider takes these on board, this would surpass any, and I mean any, product on the market.
Its a bit arsey to carry when folded down cos there's no bits that lock in to each other. Just means that you have to find a way to lift it without it folding back out.
If you are leaving it sitting on the floor all the time when folded down, your leaving it resting on its locking mechanism. I'm sure it can probably take that abuse depending how heavy handed you are, but would like to see some protection there, just for peace of mind and longevity.
However, what you get with this is quality through and through, lithium battery which is tiny and light as a box of frogs, quality build, reams of extras if you want or need them.
Could not be happier, get a lithium powered golf trolley at twice this price, which they are, and won't be half as good.

I'd recommend the pro-rider to anyone and ask the why they'd want to pay more for a competitive product with an inferior quality and inferior warranty.

having bought a remote control golf trolley I could,nt wait to try it out on my local golf course. unfortunately it turned out a big disappointment the left wheel was making a noise resembling a swarm of bees the faster it went the louder it got I sent it back as they said they would repair it, I wanted a replacement but they refused, it came back and was just the same, I sent it back again and yes it was making the same noise. as far as I am concerned I was sold faulty goods. and I will be taking this all the way to court if I have to. so I would,nt recommend this trolley to anyone they are just a bunch of cowboys. so beware

My wife and I bought our golf bags at the same time; but I went to Prorider and my wife to a big name. When they arrived we obviously made a comparison. I now have a jealous wife. The only thing she likes about her new bag is that it's water proof and she hates missing a bargain. As for me my bag ticks all the boxes.

Ordering and delivery excellent. I was not in when they delivered but they came back later that day to see if I was back great. I do think pro rider should email you to say it is being delivered I did'nt recieve one. Friends have got these trolleys and say how good they are having 2 trolleys in the last 3 years and suffered with break down after break down going backwards and forwards to get repairs this now is an end to my woe !!!!!

Great electric bike, the fifth from them over the years for my wife and me

I have bought a second battery to in cress the distance I can cover on such a great E-Bike.
This company looks after it`s customers in a five star way as they say they do. My bike is so much fun and if you use your gears as well as the speed control you can cover a lot of miles with ease. I also pull a child's trailer that my dog rides in and it has opened up our ability to get farther away from home as I am not allowed to drive because of health problems and without my pro-rider I would be stuck close to home.

This item was delivered in a very short time after my order was placed.
On assembley, the enclosed drinks holder would not lock in position due to a faulty thread. After one phonecall a replacement was sent and is now in position. I used the trolley for the first time and found it to be of good quolity and robust. When the round was over the battery guage still showed a full charge so would definatly have done a second round. I am well pleased with my purchase

I bought the Pro-rider lithium golf trolley to replace my existing Pro-rider trolley with a standard battery. That battery was no longer holding its charge. Instead of buying a replacement battery I decided to buy the whole thing as it was such a good price. I got on very well with my previous trolley which is now being passed on to my husband. The trolley is lightweight and easy to put together. The accessories are an added bonus. I found the Pro Rider leisure site easy to use but have found that the replacement lithium battery is not available on-line

The trolley arrived within two days of ordering.(ordered from the web site)
It was very easy to build the trolley.
It does what it says in the web advert.
It looks impressive and runs well.
The power connection on the body has not got enough thread on it to keep the plug from being pulled out .
I would recommend the company based on the above.
I have had no contact with the company so far other than the web site.

After 6 months regular use of my E-Wayfarer I feel that I am in the perfect position to be believed when I say that the bicycle is probably the best thing I have ever bought, totally reliable and effortless overcoming my difficulty in walking perfectly. I should perhaps mention that I am 76 years of age..

I have had my trolley for 3 years now and the replacement of the battery 2/3 days ago was the first problem (if you can call it that) was the original battery finally giving up the ghost after 3 years. I rate this trolley highly.

Great delivery time, ordered over the bank holiday and delivered on the Thursday on next day delivery excellent service.

As for trolley no problems there, goes like a dream, all though one problem I have found is if you have drivers and woods near the handle of the trolley they slip over and catch the speed control knob, simply fixed, move them to different position at front of bag.

Apart from that no problems at the moment. If I get any will tell you.

Did my research on electric carts before buying but was still slightly nervous that I was going to get real value for money. Delivery was prompt and well packaged, was easy to put together and has been very impressive to date.

My PRORIDER is like Trigger's Broom in Only Fools and Horses, the electrics have been replaced, the motor has been replaced, the handles
are new, the rubber tyres are new but the PRORIDER is the same old
one I started with and has never let me down, for long.

I continue to be very happy both with my Pro Rider remote Golf Trolley and the company's excellent customer service.
