Ian Johnston came to our home and took us through the journey of pre-planning a funeral. It was informal yet professional. Everything was explained fully and all questions and concerns dealt with satisfactorily. Please can anyone advise me how to get a refund of £500 deposit ? as so far I’ve had no joy and the emails I’ve sent have been returned . Felt very bamboozled by this company and regret

Very friendly and didn't rush me on the phone when I was discussing options.
However they set up my direct debit wrong and I had to ring them and spend time on the phone asking them to correct it.
