Had a appointment at 2pm, job started right away and back on the road before 3pm.
Fault detail. TPMS light flashing, fault diagnosed, new wheel sensor fitted, all ok.
Good service, apart from hot drinks machine not working.

First class service
I visited the Sowton site twice in a week, once for a replacement tyre thanks to a slow puncture and once for a re gas for the air conditioning system. One booked via the website and one via the telephone. The front of house staff are exemplary in their management of the very busy phone line and desk; juggling multiple enquiries with courtesy and efficiency and offering good advice. If you have booked then they try to keep to time but will also work hard to accommodate drop ins. First class service which is rarer than hen’s teeth these days. Would always recommend.

Great service friendly knowledgeable staff and great value for money.

Absolutely fantastic service and prices ! I ordered two 4x4 tyres and two sports bike tyres and agreed a price for them, and then picked them up the next day, lovely helpful friendly staff as well.

Overall, not bad!
They’re always great with availability to get the car in, but every time I come, my appt always goes way over the time allocation, or they run late. Also the last visit I had 2 new tyres done on the rear and the edge of the alloy on both has been damaged, likely from the machine as they were particularly lubed coming out. Luckily I’m going to respray them as the lacker is peeling, otherwise would be annoying.
Shout out to the girl on the desk though, she showed amazing customer service and had a really awkward guy when I was waiting and she dealt with it greatly!

All on reception were very helpful as soon as I walked in. They got me sorted in no time. The service was excellent.
They found I had a nail in my tyre but could not repair it as I was too near the edge, so they found me the best tyre for my needs. They couldn't be more helpful. I would recomend them every time.

Old van for an aircon re-gas, whilst I waited.
Van was in the workshop on time and an hour later all done.
Friendly staff, very efficient service, all for less than £70.
I would recommend.

The service and MOT went smoothly wiyh one glitch for a reported fault
The service and MOT went smoothly, however, I asked them to look at the windscreen washers which were not working. They reported that it needed a new motor but that they had one in stock which would cost £30. I agreed and was then contacted to say the one they had was for a different model of Honda CR-V and that they could only get one from the main dealer which would cost £80!
