Requested old trues be place in boot after removal. Not done. Manager had to get them and then they were placed in boot.
Took old tyres away but still charged for disposal?!

Fantastic service from Chris and the team. I needed a few bits of work done as advisories after my MOT, and they fitted me in as soon as possible and carried out the work in a professional and hassle free way.

I have been MOT ing my car here for years. This year for the first time it failed on the hand brake. Chris and his team quickly had it fixed with a minimum of fuss and expense so that I can quickly get back on the road. I have no hesitation in recommending them. New tyre
The gentleman at reception came out and checked all my tyres as was advisory on mot and said it was fine but I decided to have it done anyway , I was given a good price and they changed it there and then , was really professional. Would definitely recommend for tyre fitting

excellent service
I’d had the MOT done on my car and was told I had a nail in my rear tyre, but that it would be repairable. I took it to Protyre the follow morning and explained the issue.
I was offered coffee while they went off to sort my tyre out.
About 10 mins later I was told that it was only a pin caught in the tread so no repairs necessary.
The young guy who returned my keys said he had also checked the pressure on all my tyres.
When asking how much I owed, I was told there was no charge as nothing had been needed.
I thought this was remarkable service and will tell all my friends about my experience.
I have used Protyre previously to buy new tyres and found them friendly and professional.

Good prices and service
Had two tyres replaced (good discount vs one tyre) and asked for wheels to be rotated. Competitive price and work undertaken at the time booked online. Had spoken to the Manager (Chris?) the day before for advice on tyres (Continental SportContact 7 vs 6) which was willingly given. Whilst I waited, the calm efficiency of the workshop was a stark contrast to my first experience there 4/5 years earlier. A change in Management/personnel has worked wonders. I'm a happy customer.
