This garage is very organised and a great communicator. I had a mechanic who retired and recently found this garage. After getting 3 cars MOT'd and a service the other day. I've had consistent good service and will always recommend this garage to friends and family.

Called in the morning as car tyre deflated and got an appointment for a few hours later. Established that there was an issue with the valve, which was replaced. Dealings with all staff pleasant, and service timely, efficient and good value.

Happy with service received …
Arrived to have two front tyres fitted after ordering online. Informed tyres had not arrived. Had slow puncture in one of my tyres so had to choose a make of tyre in stock and not my original choice. Having said this I have to praise the staff at the Ringwood Road Branch in rectifying a situation which was not of their own making and for supplying and fitting a suitable replacement for which I am completing happy with. They did offer to fix the puncture and replace the tyres when original order had been delivered to their branch. I am completing satisfied with the level of service offered by the Ringwood Road Branch and will be using them again

Excellent
Open garage where you can see the staffs working on your car through the reception. The best of all is the attitude towards saving customer's money. Over heard a phone call: Even through the customer directed towards changing the tyre because of a nail, the staff open up the option of patching (repairing) at half of the cost (or less). Overall, I was very impressed with the sense of transparency and the level of professional integrity. Will definitely use again in the near future.

Trustworthy and very helpful
My car failed its MOT due to an issue with one of the lights. They kept the car for a couple of hours on the same afternoon, sorted the issue, explained exactly what the problem was and their charge was very reasonable. I have used them before for MOTs and cannot recommend them more highly. Their MOT charge is also very competitive.
