My Air-conditioning
My Air-conditioning - I phoned and asked a question about my air-conditioning and the guy on the phone said I would have to bring it in for them to check. Once they had the car on the ramp they could see that I had a leak on the compressor again and I would have to book the car in for at least 24 hours for the repair to be done, probably under warranty.

Staff members judgemental
To be honest there wasn't much I liked about my experience.
The site is unwelcoming, the staff didn't seem to be engaging enough when it came to customer service.
I went in for a air con regassed, but when I collected the car they told me that my tyres were coming close to the limit of 1.6mm, so mine were 2mm on both front, 3mm on rear nearside and 7mm on offside rear... All legal, but when they suggested I changed the two front, I declined, and the judgemental look I got from your employee was not required.
I have since sold the vehicle, but my experience is one that has made me decide to shop around in the future.
Mark's out of 10, is 5.
