Excellent service
Excellent service. Arrived late morning on a Saturday with a flat rear tyre and the place was busy. I expected to be waiting ages or to be told to come another time/day, but was told I’d be seen in about 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes my car tyre was being looked at and 10 minutes later I had a new tyre. All dealt with within half an hour! Thanks very much.

I came in with a screw stuck in my tyre…
I came in with a screw stuck in my tyre and they were able fix the tyre quickly so I could be on my way. They were busy but I was looked after. Appreciate the team’s efforts

I have used Protyre in the past and…
I have used Protyre in the past and they are my first go to. I recently visited to have my Car Tracking set as I had my track rod ends replaced I was seen straight away with very Friendly Staff. The job was done under 20mins
Highly Recommended.

The service I receive at Protyre is…usually first class
The service I receive at Protyre is second to none. The guys are always helpful, friendly and efficient. Thankyou so much.
However on my last visit whilst I was in the reception area I was very upset and annoyed that the manager proceeded to speak to three members of the team in quite a derogatory way which isn't acceptable, especially in front of customers. If he has an issue then he needs to discuss in a professional manner at the right time and in the right place. Please don't try to show your authority in this way - it really isn't necessary.
Sorry to have a bit of a moan but it really wasn't very nice to see

Tyres purchased online
Tyres purchased online, fitting date booked.
Arrived at fitting facility to be told tyres were on back order, ie not in stock. Phoned fitting facility five days later to be told tyres were on the rack, ready to be fitted.
Absolutely no communication to customer whatsoever,
Will not use again.
