Assistant Manager sorted the problem out and gave me a free wheel alignment.
What started badly turned into very good customer service.

Very important journey.
Went to set out on very important long journey and found tyre punctured. Excellent speedy service for modest repair cost got us sorted and on the road in little more than half an hour.

Was able to call the centre to book my car MOT. Nice person dealt with my call. Booking was made for next week. On the day mot was done after 1 hour wait.
