Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Were able to fix my tyre within a reasonable time. We were lucky to arrive before an influx of people seemed to arrive. Despite the rush they had all staff remained courteous with every one and kept a level head. We were recommended to try here and would highly recommend to others

Booking slots have no relevance
Arrived before the allotted / booked slot at the Penrith branch. Informed of a short 15 minute wait, ONLY to then wait 45minutes before the job was even started! Total job, for the replacement of two front tyres took over 1 hour & 20 minutes!!
This, unfortunately, is the second time I have mentioned to the company that booked slots should be respected and walk ins should be made to wait. I was reassured, after the first time, that the correct process would be followed, but obviously it has been ignored.

Really impressed with the whole booking…
Really impressed with the whole booking process especially as we weren’t local, gave a good option of garages with directions. The garage that changed the tyre was very good.

They dont listen
They dont listen, i asked for 2 rear tyres. They put them on my front, then disposed of my
Front ones and told me my back ones were swapped, which they wernt, but back ones were both half bald and they told me the tread was fine.
I went back they placed used tyres on the back and gave me a free allignment.
Will not be using again.

Just had my MOT done at Penrith, Protyre Autocare
Just had my 1st MOT done at Protyre Autocare Penrith. Booked on line easily and the MOT was carried out within an hour while I waited in the office waitng area. Very pleased indeed
