Great customer service
Prompt No fuss. Very polite and friendly. Matthew even went to the trouble of transferring my wheel alignment service to my local branch as I’d bought the alignment service forgetting the car itself couldn’t come to the depot. Great service

Long wait
Able to book appointments at short notice but unfortunately had a very long wait at the garage (nearly 2 hours) to get tyres fitted. It would be better to show actual availability on the website to avoid sitting around waiting for hours.

I had concerns about my tyres when…
I had concerns about my tyres when travelling and had no previous knowledge of the company
The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a quick service to replace 4 tyres the following morning enabling me to do the next part of my journey with confidence and feeling safe
The work was completed very quickly and highly recommend

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However my appointment was for 11.30am and my tyre was not replaced and completed until 12.45. Therefore I was late for another appointment.

If i could give negative stars i would
If i could give negative stars i would. I was effectively charged £1000.00 for being trusting and called an idiot. They cleaned out my air filters and that it. It failed its M.O.T and was told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for a retest took it else where and checked over there "Work" and nothing was done. And when the other garage called them up to ask what they actually did for me, the guys that did the service and M.O.T didnt spot an issue that was dangerous and charged me for nothing. Then they told the other garage I was being abusive and almost violent towards them, if they thought for a second they'd remember they have CCTV in their reception area. In short they're scam artists and im not the first person they've scammed and im sure i wont be the last.

Saved my Bacon!
The guys helped me out at V. Short notice, by fixing my tyre ( a nail + a screw were in it!) So I could get home with my trailer in tow, 110 miles away.
A short wait and polite + friendly service. Thanks guys
