Chris on the front counter at csbot lane poole was brilliant very helpfull and gave grrat advise ,the next day my tyres and battery was fitted and all in a hour ,very very good service from start to finish ...well done to all the staff top stuff !!!

Online booking was easy.
Online booking was easy including the tyre selection process. The guys on reception were decent lads,and the tyres were fitted swiftly. My car handles and drives well, and I got a product that is suitable within my budget. I'm glad I bought new tyres and happy with the service recieved at Protyre Poole.

Great team of people here. Always willing to help. If I can I always bring my car here for MOT or service. Last time brought car for air con check. After regas realised it was broken, so got a second look by Chris and refund. Will be back for whenever I need something checked again.

This was my second visit to Protyre in…
This was my second visit to Protyre in Poole and they have officially earned a loyal customer for life.
The gent managing the front desk and handling the phones was incredibly polite, courteous and highly efficient. It can be rare to find that level of great customer service these days but he made the entire seamless.
My tyres were changed quickly and the team made me feel genuinely comfortable and valued throughout my visit. It is exactly the kind of top-tier service that brought me back a second time and I will absolutely be returning for many years to come.

This company was my go to for wheel alignment, but unfortunately over time employees come & go. Along with the experience required to do a professional job no matter what the challenges. Inexperienced apprentices don’t give me any inspiration. Wasn’t capable of doing the job I required. Although management very apologetic & helpful.
