Took ages
When I got there I was told it would take an hour. I returned a little earlier than an hour to find the bays empty and my van was still in the same place I left it . They started when I got back . It took 1.5 hours in total to change 2 tyres

lack of customer care
found what i wanted on your website, but it said limited availability and to make enquiry. i did that on both Wells and Midsomer Norton sites, but no response. Also sent complaint to your HQ and also no response. Tried phoning both local sites om several occasions and no pickup

The tracking needed checking and adjusting and this was done without charge because of the delay. Top performance thanks!
