Just a note to send my sincere thanks to Toby, who showed a great deal of kindness and patience with my dad who needed significant work done on his car. Toby went above and beyond staying after hours to help my dad. Really appreciate the care and understanding taken.

5 stars for my MOT booking
I have given 5 stars for my MOT booking and thankfully a pass, even tho on arrival I was informed I was late, my email time of booking was different to theirs by 15mins (Admin error) they still worked on getting the job done, friendly and helpful staff.
Did feel bad for the admin error as I do keep to time well, I also work on appointment based. time management is important so I would have totally understood if my being late means I would not been seen but the guys saw the error and did what they could to keep my booking in place, so thank you for that

Friendly, kept me up to date, I chose to sit and wait for a brake check to be done, and the outcome was much cheaper than I was expecting. The chaps in on that day did a great job with what seemed limited resources

I got helpful reminders of my…
I got helpful reminders of my appointment via SMS. I arrived on time. I was told that my tyre would be fitted once the staff member had finished a service on another vehicle. The tyre was fitted within 30 minutes. There appears to be no issues so far- a few days after fitting.
