Punch have supplied me with my Tech for some time, excellent equipment and top service, always happy to help.

Good value for the amount of specification. A star knocked off for delay despite expedition fee paid (but refunded) and the lack of even a packing list let alone set up instructions.

Website is easy to use and I liked it had suggested builds which you can modify if you want. It also got made and delivered in good time, and overall I'm happy with my computer. I would say the only problem with the website it needs less jagon and more help for people who don't know what they are doing. The other (very little) thing when the computer the WiFi receiver was not attached (which I understand why), but there was no information to what it was or how to attach it to the computer, I figured it out in the end, but it would have been helpful to have it in writing.

The computer was as specified and at a completive price and worked out of the box. Had to wait longer than expected because one part was out of stock.

Unfortunately my experience with them wasn't good. I gave 2.5k pc and service so far was bad and not reliable. I was asking to build for me PC as I will be rendering a lot of 8K videos, but didn't know much about cooling towers etc. they didn't advise me nothing and after when I was writing them how can we sort this out no reply. Service is very bag. PC is running in problems because of overheating problems.

I shopped around, a LOT! And after looking all the various competitors, in the end I went for Punch as they built exactly what I wanted and needed, at the very best price, free delivery and and answered an endless barrage of questions from me along the way. And I am so glad I chose them as it's a night and day upgrade on my old machine, customer service from start to finish is 10/10 and just simply a faultless service, especially for a annoyingly demanding customer like me who thinks they know best and wants what they want (im one of those who thinks there an expert, though I know I'm not), and Punch very successfully delivered.

The machine itself is a little beast, sadly its not for me this was all on behalf of an older relative, but I am upgrading my gaming PC later this year and I will not look anywhere else, they have proved there worth and again the awesome customer service to back it up.

I really can't recommend them enough tbh, and ha I really cannot wait for them to build my next one now...

Having the exact components for my build Being local( would rather go local independant than "chain")fast build, only slight thing was a little lack of coms during build, but no news is good news..............Thank you Punch well pleased with new puter.

I am very satisfied with the way that Punch overcame all the problems related to delivering the PC in question to my son. It showed both outstanding dedication and teamwork, plus the assistance of everyone involved, from the head of the company all the way down.

I am very happy that I chose Punch, both for the practical expertise in the build to the dedication in resolving difficulties with couriers over delivery.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Punch in the future, and a score of 9 out of 10 is my chosen level. Or 5 out of 5 here.

I have recently taken delivery of a high end processing PC from Punch Technology after problems with a major IT company I had used for over 25 years. This was the first time I had got involved with deciding what 'went into' the machine rather than just stating what I wanted it to do.
The Punch Tech. on-line process is fairly easy and delivery fast. I made a couple of calls for 'teething troubles' - basically me not fully understanding the machine - and was helped quickly, politely and efficiently. Couldn't ask for more hence the 5* rating.

I recently ordered a fairly high-spec workstation from Punch. I’m based in Northern Ireland, and it turned out due to Brexit-related issues, the completed PC and the GPU had to be shipped separately, and I had to assemble them myself. None of that is Punch’s fault, but they were amazing at walking me through the install process over a video call and really helped make the process stress-free.

PC now works great ;)

Great choice of components. I was able to pick the spec of my custom desktop pc to suit my needs and am very pleased with my Punch Techology pc. I didn't receive a response to my questions pre-order but overall pleased so far.

The computer arrived within about 2 weeks as stated, it works really well. When I had questions the support team were super helpful, would reccomend.

I contacted Punch Technology to ask if they could provide a custom quote for our office PCs as we wanted cases that were suitable for locating in cradles on sit-stand desks. Received a swift response with a personalised link to our PC specification for easy ordering. Our PCs arrived quickly and extremely well packaged and are perfect. All of our interactions with the team at Punch have been great. Cannot recommend Punch Technology more.

Had a couple of minor issues with my new PC, Punch were excellent is sorting things out, PC now running smoothly and delivered to spec. Thanks to Jonathan and Oliver at Punch in responding quickly and efficiently to the issues. Would highly recommend!

I have had a very satisfying sale with Punch Technology having ordered a custom pc build. The order came on time and they also changed one of the items I wanted to upgrade before sending it out. The staff on the phone answered quickly, knew what they were talking about, and were polite and friendly. My pc build is just what I wanted and I'm very pleased. I found the Punch website pc builder easy to use and well laid out with all the specs of the different items to choose from. I paid the extra for a faster build and it arrived before the deadline, I also had asked for some extra cables to be installed and they were all there as well as the extra bits and motherboard box along with the case manual,can't ask more than that, nice to have a dealing where it all went to plan. I'd say Punch exceded my epectations and would recommend anyone to use their services.

The company answered my questions in English so they were easy to understand. The computer I purchased is just what I needed.
