Super fast communcation when a part came out of stock Punch emailed me and when i hadnt seen the email they phoned within 2 hours of the email meaning my PC could be shipped to me the very same day they replaced the cooler.

Excellent company ,very easy to use website to build or modify your pc for punch to build , build quality is excellent as mine has a glass sided case so you can see the attention to detail, works absolutely as it should with no problems,

Very please with my computer from Punch Technology designed specifically for photography. Clean build no unwanted software except Windows made life trouble free. Photoshop and lightroom is effortless.

The best computer i've ever had, super fast.

A very good company, it would have been 5 stars but their customer service dropped when there was a delay in the delivery by not contacting me, i had to do all the chasing.

We ordered a custom build desktop PC. It took a little longer than anticipated to get delivered but customer care did keep us well informed after I commented on the delay. The desktop has arrived and we have been using it for several weeks. All is functioning well to the specs we asked (a fan was upgraded to fit the desktop we odered). Hopefully the desktop will prove to be a reliable work horse!

Price and build were great, but the lag on the order status is frustrating: my order is still apparently 23 in the build queue two weeks after it was delivered.

Unfortunately I cannot log in my previous account and change my review, so I made new account.
I purchased PC for 2600 and at the first moment it didn't run perfect. After I was suggested to send it back to Punch Technology and after it is running perfect. Thank you for your service and hope it will run for ages perfectly.

The support from Punch regarding a broken CPU fan was exceptional. Answers to questions were quickly and expertly answered. A replacement fan was despatched free of charge after I was informed that my PC was still in the warranty period.

The ability to customise the PC on the website is very well thought out. Plenty of information about the components and advises of incompatibilities. The ordering and delivery process was as promised. It certainly offers much better value for money than the well known brand machines.

A couple of small niggles. The expanded foam inside to prevent components moving in transit was hard to remove as it had snagged on the corners of the PSU and GPU. I had to cut it out very carefully. Also I'm hoping that the high pitched whine, presumably from the coils, wears off soon!

Despite it being a few years since I purchased my Punch PC I contacted the company when I ran into issues when adding a 2nd monitor to my system. The team responded to my email straight away and with just a few checks & resulting advice my issue was resolved very quickly. Exceptional customer service - thanks.
